Awesome job! KUTGW

I too am a slave to my scale but I don't let the fluctuations get to me, it helps me understand how my body works. Kudos to you for being able to stay off of it!

Evening All, just checking in before I hit the sack!

I completed 7.62 miles tonight at the gym (combo of running/bike riding). I feel awesome; however, my feet hurt. I'm going to bed. Good night

I did 6 miles tonight between the treadmill and WATP. I did 4 Fast Miles, and then 2 miles of incline walking on the treadmill.

Awesome Job Everyone! KUTGW!

I am going to report in as I won't be around tomorrow...

This weeks goal: 20 miles
Completed: 22.5 (might be able to squeeze in some tomorrow morning too)
I also lost 1 lb for the week, which I am actually surprised to see as TOM paid me a painful visit this morning after a 2 month hiatus! That makes me hopeful that next week should produce some good numbers!

My goal for next week will be 20 miles again.

I hope everyone has a great weekend and I hope to read about everyone's successful week.

I got in another 5 miles today. I did the Walk/Kick dvd, and then 3 miles on the treadmill. My total for the week so far is 15 1/2. I'm hoping to get another workout in tomorrow.

I'm down 3 1/2 pounds this week, and so far I got in 15 1/2 miles so I met and exceeded my weekly goal. I'm going to get in a work out this evening, so I'll post my total for the week after that along with my new goal for next week.

Just stopping in to say I walked 6 miles yesterday and today. I set my goal (monthly) kinda high so I'm pushing myself to make it/exceed it. For some reason I have a big nasty blister on my foot. I don't know if it was from my shoes, socks, or both.

Keep on walking.

Sorry to hear about the blister Val. I hope it's not too bad.

I got in 4 1/2 miles today, and a weight routine. I am exhausted! I did the 3 mile dvd that uses the mini balls you hold in your hand. I did this dvd after my weight routine, and I was definately feeling it. After that I did another 1 1/2 miles of incline wlaking on the treadmill.

RECAP
Goal was 12 miles. I did 20 miles so I exceeded my milage by 8 miles. I also lost 3.5 pounds this week.

My goal for next week is another 20 miles.

How is everyone else doing?

That's the 1 mile Muscle Mile-luv this one. In fact just finished 1 mile-didn't feel well earlier and had a long nap and felt good enough to get a little exercise in. Starting to feel guilty and miss it when I don't.

The one I used today used the weighed balls, but it was 3 miles; not 1. It's called Super Fat Burning-3 Miles.

I've never used this one before, and it kicked my butt. I'll definately be using it again.

I just ordered 4 Really Big Miles. I do the 4 Fast Miles a lot, so I thought I'd try the other 4 mile dvd. I'm sriously becoming a WATP junkie. I saw she has a new 5 mile one coming out soon.

Well, the Whoosh Fairy definitely did not visit my house, this week. I think it is because Aunt Flow visited, instead. I never lose any pounds, the week of my TOM.

Oh well, that'll just make next week all the better. I haven't measured yet...I'll do that, this afternoon.

Another 4 miles this morning. Trying to keep my chin up cause my weight loss is still stalled-I saw an endocrinologist on Friday-I have 4 thyroid nodules. So hopefully I will get some meds soon to help me but it is sure discouraging to be eating right and killing myself exercising with no progress-inches or weight.

It's a pretty good work out. I lifted weights right before, so the work out was even more intense for me. You don't use the hand balls until the second and third miles, but I think I would have passed out if I had to use them for all three. lol

I'm the same way. I never lose at that time. It's so frustrating.
