I didn't complete my goal for the day - I was too exhausted to jog/powerwalk 5 miles today (lack of sleep from lastnight). I should have PUSHED myself, but my head was hurting a little too. Darn sinuses Anyways, no more excuses. I'll make up for it on tomorrow.

Have a good night ladies

Don't think about that, today...think about it tomorrow. After all, tomorrow is another day. Words of wisdom, from Scarlett O'Hara.

Skoolmarm - This weekend I will buy a new DVD player for my "hobby room", its basically the extra room in which we store way to much junk, most of which involve our hobbies. So I get to exercise around his remote control planes and my pottery wheel! That's part of why I love WATP's so much, because you don't need much room!
Last night I did an older video from her Power Walk series, which consists of 2.5 miles of intervals. Its an interesting video because the background is a bit strange but Mary Kay is in it and she looks so different than the more recent videos. I also like the fact that there is no timer or mile marker so it kind of makes the 30 minutes go by a little faster.

I hope everyone has a great weekend!

Melle, have a great time camping!

Nic, thank you so much for your warm welcome. I really appreciate it. I will look into WATP... going to QVC's site right after this post

Kudos to you for losing 80lbs. That is Awesome! Keep it up, Chica Bella

Walking, running, and swimming did wonders for my body back in 2006. I lost 67lbs on Atkins, but gain almost all of the weight back I'm in the losing race again. This time, my weight loss will be PERMANENT!

I started a thread, about Pilates. I'm thinking of taking a class, that's really close to my house. But, someone in the thread mentioned that Leslie Sansone has a workout, "You can do Pilates"...or something like that. Has anyone done this workout?

Thanks for letting me know. I already have my 8 miles done, and am going to try to get another 3 or 4 in tomorrow. I'm addicted to the 4 Fast Miles workout.

AWESOME JOB!
I've lost 4-pounds, this week, also. I am taking my tape measure camping with me, so I can measure on Sunday night. It'll be Monday afternoon/evening, before I post. SO, everyone have a GREAT weekend.

Just finished the Walk/Jog-Muscle Mile combo this morning. If you want to sweat and really feel challenged this is a good combo. 3.5 mile.

My goal for the week was to get in 8 miles and I did. I was hoping to get in another workout today, but I probably won't have time.

Next weeks goal is going tob e to get in 12 miles.

Have a great weekend everyone!

Meeka- I'm with ya girl 50miles/hours...it is i am considering the hours for the purpose of my lovely addiction to water aerobics, so even though each class is a hour i will count that as 1 mile!

Hey girls, would you care if i joined your thread? i do Weight Watchers flex and have lost 15.2 since december and have about 52.8 to lose to get back to my WW Lifetime goal. I am so out of shape that I can only walk, but i would love to learn how to be a runner but I think that is just a dream of mine. I LOVE Leslie's DVD's, I have about 5 of them, the first one I got free in her WATP's book. Do any of you have that one? I also have the diet book too.

Meg, where do you live in Ohio? I am in Bellbrook, a suburb of South Dayton. I was just wondering.

P.S. my avi isn't so good, that was taken about an hour after I had permanent brows and eyeliner done on May 16. I love it though, it's taken so much time off my makeup, even though it's only 2 things, it goes so quick. That was my treat from the IRS rebate check. haha.

I've been sticking to the pool walking. But doing it for 2 hours at a time. TRYING to get loosened up here. New meds seem to be working, but I'm not going to push it, I'm staying in the pool for a bit longer.
Keep up the good work everybody!!
