Will a recumbant bike or Gazelle work my...
WAY out of shape abs any? I just can't get down on the floor to do crunches at this time! Has anyone had any luck strengthening their abs with one of these machines or another one such as the "Ab-Doer"? I don't want to buy any of these if they won't help me there at all!
