~*~*~*~T-tappers - WARNING: T-tapp MAY make you look FAB-U-LOUS!

Tapp is a series of copyrighted, sequential movements designed to put the body in proper functional alignment. Its special sequence of comprehensive, compound muscle movement helps establish better alignment as well as increased strength and flexibility of the spine, better neuro-kinetic flow, lymphatic function, and increased metabolic rate. Its physical therapy approach to fitness makes it safe for those with shoulder, hip, knee, neck, and back concerns. Yet, it delivers a challenging workout for all fitness levels!

T-Tapp's preventative wellness workouts deliver results inside and out. Instead of just focusing on burning calories and fat to lose weight, T-Tapp concentrates on helping the body rebuild digestion, assimilation, elimination, in addition to improving lymphatic function and neuro-kinetic flow. Increased energy, mental clarity and overall health immediately improve as your body tightens and tones. Faster inch loss occurs because muscles develop like girdles so they can uplift and cinch in target areas of concern. That's because T-Tapp develops long, lean muscle fibers with strength and flexibility for greater muscle density instead of muscle bulk. In fact, T-Tapp can redesign bulky muscles into lean, dense tissue! Best of all, this type of muscle development helps support the spine and joints in a rehabilitative way. Many injuries occur due to muscle imbalance, but with T-Tapp muscles are always built with strength and flexibility. It just happens that this type of muscle development also increases metabolic processing for higher burning of calories and fat even when not working out! Last of all, T-Tapp is a left-right brain, mind-body workout. Most have heard the phrase "if you don't use it, you lose it" but with T-Tapp it's never too late to rebuild fitness and health. Come discover "Yes You Can" with T-Tapp and FEEL the difference while you try some sample movements for free.

More Than A Workout!
T-Tapp...
Is done without weights, equipment, or jumping!
Is very rehabilitative, especially for the lower back and knees. The movements look so simple, but they provide a workout like no other.
Works all layers of the muscle at both attachments to develop muscle density instead of muscle bulk.
Is more than a mind/body workout! T-Tapp is a left/right brain, mind/body workout.
Is where less becomes MORE! Instead of working long and hard, discover how quality of movement can be more important than quantity!

Thanks for the new thread Cheryl!

Yesterday of course was a nice long hour walk, probably about 3.5 miles. My legs are a little sore today. I don't have any baseball or tee-ball today , I can't believe it!!! When I get home I'm going to do either B/R or Tempo Arms. I want to get it done early so I can get the kiddos homework done and their baths/shower before American Idol. Tempo Arms might be a little too much today because my arms are still sore from carrying all the firewood. B/R is challenging and makes me feel great.

Bev: Two weeks!!!! That's so exciting. Wow did that go fast Busy, busy time right now. Tapping will help with the stress!

Cheryl: I don't think I was KLT while walking and stacking all the wood! I wish I would've thought of that - darn.

Allie: It's a beauty of a day here in the 'burgh'! I'm hoping it stays nice because Monday I'm off work and going on the preschool field trip to the Pittsburgh Zoo. I love it there! I just try to quickly check out the elephants because they stink OOOH, and I really do not like monkeys.....they frighten me for some reason!

Deb: Look at you! Only 1 pound til goal You are gonna look HAWT on that motorcycle this summer!!!

Cheryl...great title. I was racking my brain trying to come up with one to no avail.

Gracie-this weather is gorgeous. I do hope it lasts. Have fun at the zoo. I haven't been to a zoo in a very long time. You are doing great with your walks.

Bev- the countdown is on for both events now. Will keep all of you in prayer for the duration.

I've got Kidzlife tonight so will just do PBS and hoedowns.

Cheryl, I love the way you name the threads. Day 2 of BC is done. Got my HTFS, going to try it on Friday. Farm work has begun, I have been bussing the men around already. Bev, love the cleaning tips. Good luck with the wedding. I hope everyone is well.

Thanks Gracie,
I'll post a picture one of these days... My moto suit fits well now, which is a real relief! I'm happy that the number is still going down, even though I'm on maintenance & raising the calories... (up to 1668 now). I'm not sure I want them to rise much more! Its kinda hard to eat it all!

Wow, all this cleaning stuff makes me feel guilty!

Evenin', all!!

Cheryl, you do such a good job with the threads. Thank you!!

Allie, thanks so much for the prayers. I appreciate that very much. I have taken to writing down each and everything that I need to do each day. Cause, if I don't it gets lost in the shuffle. My main push right now is getting out the invitations to Bethany's wedding. Fiance's Mom is waiting anxiously to get out the invitations to the rehersal dinner. She wants the wedding invitations out first. Someone else is waiting to get out the shower invitations she is planning on doing for Bethany in June. And we have people wanting us to get lake cottages ready for the summer and apartments ready to rent. May is always crazy in the cleaning business. And Tim and Molly want Gary and I to sing at the wedding. We are singing The Wedding Song, and I am trying to figure out how I can do this without crying.

Amanda, you are really humming girl. Keep it going on that BC.

Gracie, sounds like you had a nice weekend and a good walk yesterday!!

Hey, Deb, Dawn, Michelle, Hoops (how's your shoulder coming? getting better I hope!)

I had a light morning and after we voted I ran back to the house and did my LB Standing before lunch. Man, that felt good. I love that feeling in my legs that tells me I worked hard. I'm probably going to get the new Broom DVD. We have decided that when we fit in extra cleaning, we get to take a portion to spend in whatever way we want.

Be good!!

Bev

Morning girls! So much excitement on the threads; people near goal, kids getting married, zoo trips (I the zoo), farm work beginning, bootcamps all around!

I got day 2 of my LB Standing bootcamp in last night. My DS who is 11 decided he wanted to work out with me. It's funny how I take for granted being able to get into basic stance. He struggled. Our 'pause' button got quite the workout last night.

Hope everyone is enjoying beautiful spring weather!

Hi gals! I've been very busy with work, kids, life! Tonight I plan on Tempo Arms when I get home from DS's "spring concert". I think his class is singing and playing the recorder. I'm hoping to be home by 8 pm.

Debby: You look great! You look so long and lean

Cheryl: Great going on the BC. I've been so busy lately that I can't seem to get a BC in....grrrrrr! DH is still on second shift so EVERYTHING is my responsibility for now. Too little time!

Bev: Hope you're enjoying all the wedding excitement. Cherish every minute because before you know it, it's over! I'm praying it's not too stressful for you!

Have a great Thursday ladies!

Oh, BTW, for all the American Idol fans, I thought America got it right last night!

Huff! Puff!! Still sweating! Just got in my Ladybug Standing. Man, I feel my hips, buns and shoulders right now. Not to mention legs. This is so good.

Gracie, prayers much appreciated!! All invitations are out-GONE-no longer in my house or my responsibility. Yea!!! DD may be coming home this weekend. Don't know. Song is coming for DS's wedding. Cleaning has let up till Sat-no extra till then.

Debbie, you look MAR-VE-LOUS!! Very nice. Long and lean.

Cheryl, you are doing so good. Have you noticed a diff using only the LB? I love the Standing. My tranverses are getting stronger. Hopefully, will soon be able to do HTF, then on to LB Floor. Course, I'm gonna be doing Broom as soon as I get my copy. But, it's very long. So, I will probably do that full once a week, as I can fit it in. Best laid plans. . . That is so cute about your DS. I bet you got quite a work out, holding stance and telling DS what he needs to do. Wonder if he will want to do it again??

Gotta go brush.

Allie, Dawn, Michelle, Amanda and Hoops. Hope I got everybody,

Bev

I'm still here

Hi Bev and everyone else.

I agree with everyone, Debby looks great! The long sleve top made me think it was cold where she is. I pulled out all the summer clothes the other day and got them ready and put up winter. Today I pulled out 3 winter tops, grrrr it is so cold and rainy.

I have to get a workout tonight. Just finished dinner. I am going to do OIP/HF and total workout.

I just sat down to eat dinner alone as DH is working and you inspired me to keep on going and GET IT DONE! All of you so I am going to get up and go do it.

Tomorrow morning I pack, and we head down to the Lodge for Mother's Day week end. I am excited to have 3 days to play and rest.

I hope you all have a WONDERFUL MOTHERS DAY!

I will check back Monday if not from the lake.

Thanks gals, you're so sweet.

Yes Dawn, its still pretty cool in British Columbia... we think its getting warm, because it was up to 50degrees! I only own 1 pair of shorts, as most years we don't have opportunity to wear them. I actually feel really funny wearing them because of so many years without!

Finished my 4-day BC of Ladybug! I find it more challenging than B/R because of the tweaks, but after the contest, I'll go back to B/R at least once per week. I miss the arm section.

I'm nervous about measuring/pics on Sunday. I don't feel like my pants are any looser, but then again, I must be swollen a bit from the BC. We'll see.

TGIF girls!

Cheryl- you finished your BC! That is great. It is hard to commit and get through it, I know I had just finished a 7 day BC.

Debby- I am dressed today, much like your picture. Which is very unsual this time of year. I had shorts out and we turned cold, and are expecting a possible frost next week. I was confused on what to pack for clothes but decided to bring all warm clothes and one shorts outfit incase it turns warm down there. I will just bring MORE clothes than usual. It beats having to go buy them.

I am packing this morning. I packed the TW DVD in the laptop case. I am going to make sure I do my EOD workout while there. I just feel awful if I miss a day. Then it is easy for me to have those thought of "I'll just do it tomorrow." No excuse this time. I have the DVD with me.

Have a great week end ladies. I am off to finish packing.

Well done, Amanda. You too, Dawn.

I did Ladybug standing and some excellent floorwork tonight. Also managed some PBS and hoe downs at work. Good day. I've been parked at my computer working on homework and the discussion board for the last couple of hours. Will work on my project assignment and do the quiz by Sunday. Fun, fun, fun.

Go Bev. Congrats on getting the invites out of your house. Well done.

Michelle...are you out there?

So next week I start 3 days a week. On my off days, I will do PBS and practice one move really intensely. The same move for the week. At the end of the month I am going to buy Lady Bug wo, Broom, Finger and Foot Fitness and Critter Crawl. Then I think I shoukld be good. I will do 3 days a week from now til October before I give up on losing a size. Being a Combo and less to lose, I am trying to tell myself that I really do look good, now, so if I keep doing what I'm doing to be healthy I will be fine, but there is that part of me that would still like to lose a size.

Amanda, that sounds like a good plan. It takes time and consistency the closer you get to "goal". Remind me of that when I get there.

No workouts on Saturday 'cause it was just a busy day and I had company from 4-7. I will workout today after my photo shoot.

Amanda, Critter Crunch is not available yet. I think T said August.

Debby - Picture is gorgeous!

Allie- Here I am!! Busy couple of days!! Airshow today, then Fire Mountain for some goodies!

Ladies don't be nervous, upset, etc... over your pics andmeasurements today, for some they will reflect things for others nothing, but don't let it derail you. Take them, submit them and forget them. Keep doing what you are doing and make exercise a permanent habit. Consistency is key.

Off to shower and start the day. Waves to everyone!!

That's great, Debbie!!

Great on the bootcamps-Cheryl and Amanda. After the wedding, I want to do another LBStanding bc. I just read on the Tapp forum that LB is great for those hip pads I want to get rid of. They are starting to go. Yea!! I figure another bc may be just the thing to keep 'um moving!!

Allie, you are still leaving us all in the dust. :P

We got cool rainy weather today. Makes one want to make a good hearty soup and curl up with a pot of tea for the evening.

Have a great weekend, Dawn.

Hey, Michelle and Gracie!!

I got in LB Standing today. I had time. I will not have time tomorrow. We are still crowded with cleaning. Looks like we will be cleaning extra the two Sat after the wedding.

DD will be coming home on Thurs. Her fiance will be here for the wedding. So, he will be coming in on Fri. DS and fiance are so ready for all this preparation to be done. They are ready to be done spending money also. I will make it through and we will have memories.

Have a great evening,
Bev

Debby-Congrats!

I've got a way to go. I work out like a maniac, but have always had to do that to maintain. It's very frustrating. I read some of the things people write and I get a bit down. What exactly does "melting" mean? For me, it's how I feel when it is 90 outside and the humidty is above 75%. Everything is melting then....

Rant off.

Homework done and posted. 40 mins of the elliptical for a change of pace and I think I am going to watch a movie with my man.

Happy Mother's Day all around!

Happy Mother's Day

I wish you all a Happy Mother's Day today.

I did a kind of funny thing in the hotel room yesterday. I started to do my workout. I sart with OIP/HF. I did not want to lie down on the floor of the room. I thought I could do it on the other bed. The support on your back is not there like the floor. I also had to be easy on doing it as DH was sitting on the otherside with his computer. I did not want to make it bounce! I got through it but it was hard and I know the HF were not near as good as doing it on the floor.

Luckily it was before dinner (they feed you there with assigned meal shifts). If I would have waited until late at night, I did not realize it, but when you do BWO+ the foot tapping on the floor would have disturbed the people under us. So I found myself doing it lightly just in case they were in their room. BUT I DID IT.

I am glad to be home and tomorrow I will be continueing on with another workout. This will be third week of EOD. I will make it and then I will go to 3 times a week.

Actually I did a 2 mile mountain trail ride on horseback. It seemed to really get my back hurting. I think leaning back in the saddle when going downhill did it. Then my horse tried to pinch my left leg on every single tree. He got my toe in the stirup and pushed it half way out of the stirup which put a strain on the lower leg. By the time I got back I was hurting. DH had running around he wanted to do and I just wanted to sit down and rest. But I waited until I got back to the room.

I decided T-tapp might just re-align my body after that. I heard crackling and popping. It helped a lot. It was hard to with an acheing back and legs. I figured I'd be worse today if I didn't do it. The amazing benifts of T-Tapp

Happy Mothers day to all.

Having a really bad day today after submitting my pics.

2 inches lost, but the pics look awful. I have to remember that I'm just getting over TOM.

Hope you all had a fantastic mother's day! Smile we are halfway through the challenge!

Still on vacation in Charleston. Wifi was down and is ever so slow.....I check daily on how you all are doing but posting is often problemmatic.

We had tornadoes on the coast 10 miles south of our park, some roof damage and tree limbs down!

My pics were terrible.......still have flat butt.....upper thighs and upper arms need alot of work..............I also need a haircut and highlighting too!

In spite of awful pics, measurements showed improvement. I lost 4.75 inches, inch loss was in waist, upper & lower thighs, calfs and upper arms!.....

Monica is right, consistency does pay off! We all progress at our own pace.

My goal this week, BWO+ & SATI, arm sequences eod. Will add OIP, dd and al.......not sure I even know how to do these right, I have DVD that came with the book and print outs on AL and DD.

What is the best T-Tapp dvd for butt and upper thighs?
