Hey y'all,

Here it is Saturday morning. I didn't get my workout in last night because we were invited to a surprise grad party last night. It was fun but a little different. A lot of the grad's friends and he and his wife have babies and toddlers. LOL. I wasn't the oldest one there, but my kids are.

Gracie-my mom had twins when I was almost 7 and my sister 9. My dad was in the service so we came in handy big time with feedings and *gasp* diaper folding The days before pampers....I feel like I helped raise the little twerps since I baby sat them so much when I was a teen. I loved it. They were alright kids. Of course, don't go and have twins on us.

Amanda...welcome back. I hope your computer behaves for a while.

Cheryl-I think we are sending sunny skies your way. Enjoy the games.

I'm going to get ready for the reading program. Looks like a good start to the weekend here.

WeDDinG!!!! wEddINg!!! WEDDING!!! weDDiNg!!

Photographer late. Times change for family pictures. Pick up flowers. Mother has the runs!!!! Scramble to find guy to do the sound, as no one else thought to do it before.

Rehearsal dinner went wonderfully last night. (Think that's where I got the runs. Haven't eaten chinese food in forever.)

Having a great day!!! Hope I didn't share too much.

Enjoy the week end!

Bev- I hope the runs are gone in time today. You sound very rushed but it sounds like you are going to make it. You have it under control

I have had such a busy week working. Time to read the thread in a hurry and no time to reply. I completed EOD this week and now can go to 3 times a week.

Last night I did OIP/HF, Total Work out, and when I was done I was finally able to go back to MORE and try to learn the walking/stepping. I have to walk my dogs and every time I am out there I wish I could do the walking correctly.

I am sore today from that little add on for walking. Feels good kind of sore.

Monday I am going to order SATI and LBC. I am getting stalked up, so I can rotate the workouts and not keep doing the same thing. Change it up a bit.

I am not measureing this time around. But today my pants are very loose and the legs are baggy! It also appears as if my knees have stopped hurting. I still have a little lower back pain when strained. But it is definately working and helping.

I love t-tapp! I don't know how I could have let it go for 6 months before. I guess I forgot the good that it did for my body.

I have to leave a midnight tonight to do a show at 2:45 am. I would love to be back at home at 7:00 am and sleep a little. I will sleep about 5-6 hours and get up, so I can be on a normal schedule M-F.

I hope you all enjoy your week end,
Dawn

Oh I made a mistake, I am ordering Hit The Floor Combo and SATI. Not Lower Body.

Is anyone here using HTFC? It sounds like just what I need.

I won HTFS and tried it, it kicked by butt. So I went to a Stephenie Meyer book signing with my friend today, it was lots of fun, plus dance rehearsal and pictures this morning.

Evening all,

It's all done. It all went so well. Things settled down for me and I had no problem the rest of the day. The day was sunny, even though rain was predicted. The temp was nice.

Our song went well. Some friends said that DS got teary eyed while we were singing. The pastor said that we should sing to Tim and Molly. Uh, NO. I would have bawled like a baby. It was good to have everyone home for this. DS and wife from Rockford, DD and fiance, and Marc, us and Tim and Molly. They stayed (T&M) to help clean up and they are spending this evening with Molly's family while they are in town. We are very proud of them. They did good.

There was tons of food left, so everybody left with ham, salad and cheese cake. Yum!! We also have leftover chinese food. Think I'll stay away from that.

I will try, but not promise, to get in PBS and TTT/Double dips tonight.

to all,
Bev

Wonderful Bev! So glad it all turned out so well. Good job on the singing!

We went for a great moto ride today. Beautiful weather! And I actually ate in a restruant today! First time in about 7 months! Will see what the sodium does to me... tomorrow. Hopefully nothing!

Have a great week-end!

Bev......you did it! Sounds like it went well!
I have been obsessed with other Water Plant business paper work projects...answering deficiency reports, developing policies and procedures. Yuk! I am good at it but hate spending my time at the computer. Off to the races......Will get back on tract with T-Tapp 3 x next week. We have a boat trip and a social boat club meeting this week. Lawn bowling on Sat!

Benadryl at bedtime helps me sleep, I need it right now as I am super stressed....vacation wore off in a heart beat! How sad!

Bev, SO glad everything went well for DS and his new WIFE! Sorry to hear about the runs, but glad they cleared up for the big day. What's a wedding without a few snags. They make the memories! One down, one to go! I can't believe you were thinking about tapping after all that. You go girl!

Denise, welcome back to the rat race. You always have great trips to look forward to though!

Allie, the grad party sounds like alot of fun! So many people these days are going back or finishing college later in life. It is so exciting to see them. My old boss is 62 and he is a junior in college...LOL (he just retired but is back here working as a consultant)

Dawn, great job on all of your workouts! Now, you won't leave t-tapp again, will ya.

/waves to Amanda, Gracie, V0x, Debby and all the other tappers who NEED TO COME BACK AND POST!

and to our resident trainer Mich

Good morning ladies! What a wet weekend! ALL of DS and DD's baseball and tee-balls games were cancelled because the field was basically under water. That totally stinks because my DS will have to make up those 2 games and I'm hoping it's not this weekend. We are going to Deep Creek on Friday morning right after my DD graduates pre-school. We're staying til Monday, can't wait! My DH looked up the weather and it's supposed to be in the 80's on Saturday - yippee!

Bev: Sounds like so much fun! Sorry about the potty problems but at least it didn't last all day and night. Jeez, now you have another wedding to get ready for!

Debby: Your story is basically me in a nutshell! I'm trying not to put too much pressure on myself or worry about it. I know 36 isn't very old but I get concerned because they say over 35 is higher risk. But, I know dozens of women much older than me poppin' them out! Plus, my first 2 pregnancies were both pretty good besides the morning sickness !! What will be, will be right? Keep your fingers crossed for me!

Allie: TWINS - OMG!!!! I don't know what I would do! What a total shock that would be. It's nice to hear though how you and your sister helped with them. Both of my kids are really excited about having another sibling and of course my DD wants a girl and DS wants a boy!

Cheryl: I notice when I do PBS on the part when you put your arms behind you and "pump", my left arms does this kind of funny "pop". It doesn't really hurt but it does feel sort of weird. I guess if it's not painful I shouldn't worry.

Dawn: You're doing really great with your WO's. What the heck kind of party starts at 2:45 am? I know you do hypnotism but 2:45 am, Jeez!

Hi's to everyone I'm missing!

Hello everyone

Cheryl- thanks so much for the reminder this morning... not to stop tapping that is I needed that. I foudn myself using the "T" word which is I said to myself "I will try to get t-tapp in today". The word "Try" automatically means "fail" to your subconsious. You brought that to my attention. I demonstrate the word "try" in all my shows, except it goes over most people's heads. So I re-worded my statement to myself "I am going to get t-tapp done today."

Bev- I am so glad the wedding went well for DS and DD. Now you can be rid of the stress and everything ended up great.

Gracie- I have after prom lock ins I am doing or after grad parties. They usually begin at midnight and so I start in the wee hours of the morning. Only 1 more to go! I can't wait for this to be over. Then it will be normal corporate parties at decent hours.

To every one else that I have missed. I hope you are still Tapping!

Have a great Monday ladies,
Dawn

New Information for me that is...

I just called in an order that included Hit the Floor Combo, and Step Away the Inches and of course the Alphalpha Blend. I have used T's Alphalpha for over a year now.

When I placed my order the person taking it was Casey. She is very nice. I told her I had a question. I explained that I was doing the TW and just finished up EOD and am now starting 3 times a week. I asked if I could alternate with STATI. She said it was more of a carido workout.

She said that if I wanted to continue EOD until I was where I wanted to be and then go to EOD (that was a piece of news to me). I could do the BWO+ and go right into HTFC and it would be a full workout and I could do that a couple of times a week in place of TW if I liked.

So I guess the EOD is very important in getting to where you wish to be, and I suppose 3X weekly is tapering off to maintence.

This is just what I figure out of what I just heard on the phone. Very good news. Except I am now 1 day behind if I want to stay EOD. I will have to make sure I do it tonight and tomorrow to catch back up.

Dawn

Hey y'all,

The rest of the weekend was rough. Got sick after my Saturday workout and ended up getting a ct scan and some bloodwork to rule out appendicitis and a recurrance of the diverticulitis. So, doc will call tomorrow. It could also be the cysts on the old ovary acting up. Oy!

Loss of appetite, nausea and stomach pain since Sat. Ugh again.

Great to see eveyone one else hanging in there.

Went up through thread the needle today with 6 reps, I wasn't feeling great today. Went grocery shopping. Been digging up weeds as well. I didn't sleep well last night, so I've been dragging.

Wow, oh,wow!! I did the Broom this afternoon. Somehow, I'm tired tonight. You don't really mind the time, cause like all the other workouts, you are really concentrating on what in the world you are trying to do. I really liked the TTT tweaks.

Allie, I hope you feel mo' better soon.

You too Amanda. Get some sleep tonight.

Dawn, sounds like you are getting your tapping act together. "Do or do not, there is no try."

Here's a tip for everyone. I found it out after I had already settled down. Blueberries helps with the runs. Blueberries-frozen, fresh or pie filling.

Gracie, sounds like you have a great plan for this coming weekend. Hope the ballgames don't interfere.

Denise, we are always glad when you take the time to stop in. You are so busy.

Howdy to the rest of the crew. Have a great evening,
Bev

Gracie, sorry to hear the games got rained out. I hope you don't have to cancel your weekend plans to make them up. That would stink!

Dawn, good for you for banishing that 't' word! I can't imagine just STARTING work at midnight. /faints (I'm out cold by 9:30pm on the couch most nights -- NOT a night person)

Allie, I'm so sorry you aren't feeling well. I really hope it is nothing. Keep us posted, k?

Amanda, you too. take care of yourself. I don't wanna see you burn yourself out. You are always on the go.

Bev, you did Broom and you don't know why you're tired? Hellooooo, Bueller! It's a tough workout!

Debby, get out on the bike lately? We still need to sell ours. We never get out anymore.

I did LB Standing last night and walked at lunch. We found out the gym on campus is closed this week, darnit! Oh well, at least we got out.

Looking forward to the long weekend and it's only Tuesday. How pathetic is that! LOL

Just a quick run through. I know why they tell you not to tapp the day after you do Broom. I am tired, but a strange kind of tired. I am not tired, I am not sore, but my muscles are TIRED. Not gonna do much tonight. Watched Tempo Torso to see if it is something my DD would like. I don't think she is ready for it. She really needs BWO+ and Instructional 1. But it's a great buy for Deep Discount Tues.

Have a good one,
Bev

Hi Cheryl,
Yes, we have been getting out every week-end. Last week-end we saw this great tree... cotton-woods soak up lots of water... somebody stuck a spicket in this one. It runs all the time! (close to a river, too)

Looking for some warm sunshine in the 'burgh. Maybe this weekend?

Bev, now you know what it feels like to go to a retreat! LOL Broom wasn't the only workout we did that day either. Can ya imagine? No wonder I couldn't do any workouts the next day. I was exhausted!

Debby, that tree is so cool! What state/province was that in?

Allie, hooray for finishing up Kidzlife! I bet the kids loved it. How ya feeling?

I missed my workout last night, but walked 2.5 miles at lunch. Took the kids to Barnes and Noble to buy books. I figure that's a good cause, right? lol

I'm scheduled to do LB Floor tonight, but I think I might do LB Combo to make up for it. Will check with my oh-so-smart trainer!

Hi,
Oh, that picture is taken here in British Columbia, an hour away from where I live.

We are hitting the road tomorrow, for a 2 week ride to see my family. This will be a challenge, diet & exercise wise, as you all know. praying to stay the same size!

Taking BWO+ with me. Hope you all have a great day! I'll be rushing around like crazy to get ready!

Hey everyone! Well, thankfully my sonohysterogram? is over and done with...wasn't too bad. My doc said when they blew the air/saline into my "tubes" that it went in but didn't come back out????????? She also said it could be one of many things so I'm not panicking. I guess the test itself can cause spasms which would cause this to happen. Everything else including hormones looked good. I go back in June to go over all the results and see what she wants me to do.

Cheryl: You had this done too right? Did this happen to you or was everything ok?

Debby: Have a great time on your trip and seeing your family.

Allie: I'm leaving the 'burgh' and heading to Maryland for some hopefully nice weather! All it's been doing here is rain, rain, rain.....did I mention rain?

Bev: Let your muscles rest a little, don't want to overdo! I forgot about deep discount tuesday! Remind me next time - LOL!

Michelle, Amanda, Dawn , Hoops, and any tapper I'm missing!
