hello everyone, anyone, I just stopped in to say hello, and i havent given up on my eliptical riding, but i did just get a treadmill, so i will be mixing it up a little, funny thing is, i was doing about 20 min a day average on eliptical, and didnt really get anywhere, i mixed it up with resistance and speed sometimes, and i sweated my butt off, but no weight loss, or loss of inches.,
now i am doing treadmill, walking briskly, for me anyway, about 3.5 mph, and i feel it more in my legs and butt than i did from the eliptical, hmmmmm so for now im doing both.......... well, good luck to all, keep moving............ |

Hi Mistic!
Everybody disappeared! hehee.. Well, I'm going to be missing my elliptical. Going on a 2 week trip to visit family. Will have to try walking, I guess! Glad things are going well for you. They say changing things up really helps. Bless ya, Debby |
