Getting started
Okay for those of you who work and exercise at home, when do you do your exercise routines and how do you make it routine?
I seem to have no problem if the boyfriend is working because he is out of town. But if he is home, it is distracting. Especially if I have to kick him off of the couch to claim the living room. Any advice? |

Can you set up a TV and dvd player in another room and workout there?
I'm using an old 12" b&w TV I picked up from the Salvation Army store for $5, and an old dvd player someone gave me when they got a new one, all set up in a spare room, and it does the job! |

I used to try to do it before work, but getting up at 5am was way too difficult- I was having to go to bed at 9:00 which really cut into my evening!
Now what I do is just make it the first thing I do when I come home no matter what- put down my stuff, change clothes and put in the dvd. No dishes, no chatting, no cleaning the catbox. This way when I am done I have the whole evening to catch up on everything and relax. |

No. The house is an entire construction zone and the living is the only space I have at the moment.
I guess I'll figure something out. |
