Flabby face???

Hi,

I have always had this huge problem with my cheeks. I'm reasonably thin: 120 lbs at 5' 10". But my cheeks look chipmunky and I want to be a model.

I've heard that there are other ways than plastic surgery.

Any suggestions, anyone?

Cheryl

I've heard about Lose Face Fat - Proven Face Exercises to Get Rid of Facial Fat and Chubby Cheeks. I'm planning to buy their 30-days plan... Has anyone tried it?

OMG??? 120 lbs and 5' 10" I think you must be looking at your skeleton?

I would highly argue that you are underweight my friend. They say that for every 1" over 5 feet your ideal weight is 5 lbs over. i.e. 5'1" = 105 lbs thus for a woman who is 5'10" your ideal 'model' weight is 150 lbs. I would LOVE to be 120 lbs but I'm 5'4"

Don't be critical. God made you so therefore, you must be beautiful - sometimes we go too far with what we 'perceive' to be 'perfect'.

Eva Fraser does face exercises!

Eva Fraser Facial Fitness

I bought her dvd/book combo recently after seeing a pod about her on Current TV.
I have to admit I haven't used it yet as I have been rushing to hit a deadline at work and don't need to take anything new on right now, but I handed over the cash for it because I believe it will work.

Fingers crossed!

Face exercises work!!!!!!

They can help sculpt your shape, though not sure about actually losing fat off there....

I do a mixture, usually Flexeffect and the last few months have also, especially when I'm feeling too lazy to do the Flexeffect workouts, I've been supplementing them with the Flexaway system (it's a little gadget you put in your mouth - it will build the cheeks, perhaps in your case it might give more shape/definition, at any rate if you don't like what it does, you just stop using it, and like any exercise the changes will go away.

Flexeffect has a great online board and support system, you can read the boards for awhile and ask your questions to the online trainers.

I've heard Eva Fraser is good though I've not tried it.

For toning rather than building there's also Facercise.
