I just completed hour 7 of 10/10. I havent seen anyone mention this so Ill ask-Do any of you experience shaking of your legs, particularily during the behind/hip exercises? Mine shook terribly today
The workout seems to be getting tougher for me, but I suspect that's because Im improving my form and working deeper into the muscles. Thanks so much to everyone here providing tips and sharing results KUTGW |

I just finished up 1 hour of Super Callanetics, I decided to crank things up a notch this morning. While doing the ab work i kept my pelvic floot tight, tight. WOW!
I felt my lower back opened up even more and my abs were worked very hard! Its amazing how you can feel your body work when you keep the pelvic floor tight, tight. ![]() |

I held my pelvic floor like said, like holding in gas and pee and did my ab exercises. Gosh Im sore. I am kinda confused though cause when i do that I hold in abs too automatically. And in 10 in 10 Callan said not hold your stomach in during the ab exercises . So which is right?

Thank you, Yeah I shake mainly on the second hip/behind exercise. I think Callan calls it jerking. Same thing I guess. Thats when I just stop, take a breath and resume. Im also trying to correct form and learn to engage the pelvic floor too. Maybe Im just weak also. Not sure |

I don't see why you couldn't split them up. Evolution's chapters have the "Body by Design" feature, so you can pick abs, hips, whatever. AM/PM seems to work and that is just 10/10 split into 2 parts, more or less. As for am vs pm, I would just choose based on whether some parts seemed more invigorating, where others seemed more relaxing. If it doesn't seem to make a difference, I would just do them in whatever order made sense to me!I know how you feel about the 5 am thing. I have to get up at 5 every morning to get exercise in before work. I reeeally don't like it! But I feel good about the exercise afterwards so I guess I shouldn't whine. |

Does this make sense to you? Here's a qoute from Sandra: When you are training abs (infact all the exercises) keep your pelvic floor tight and focus on lengthening out of the PF as you pulse. When I do abs I get in to the position. I make sure my abs are drawn down in towards my spine and lengthen out as much as possible through spine/crown of head and through legs to heels or knees. You want to be aware of a drawing down/in and upwards of your abs and allow that to flow out through your spine. God, I hope this makes sense - I'm trying to experience it as as type and can feel my abs drawing in and up. It is almost like an internal lifting sensation - which, of course, comes from the pelvic floor.
