SiameseGirl - as I was reading your post, I thought surely that was a typo! Then I saw at the bottom of your post 10 inches!!! That's incredible! Good Job!!!

TripleCharm - I do Turbo Jam on my off days. Let me know how you like Yoga Booty Ballet.

Zimasue - I normally don't feel a thing the next day, or the next or the next but I'm seeing results!!! I fit into a size 4 dress yesterday shhhhhh, don't tell hubby.

Wow Noreen! I'm 5'4" also, I'd better get busy. I see most people keep track of their hours so I'm going to do that also. Do you break it up between 10/10, Evolution and Super or just lump all the hours together into 1 total? I see different people do it differently, but wondered how you do it?

Alright, I'm two hours in. I even got the hubby *I love him * to do it with me. Quite humorous!

Hi Noreen! You go girl!

Sandrahanna, it is awesome to have you on board for questions! Thanks so much for all your help! One question, I feel a little sore in my lower back--is that normal?

Triple Charm- I just got the whole Turbo Jam Shabang and Cardio Party kicked my butt! I couldn't finish the whole thing! I really like it though and I'm going to keep at it because it actually is pretty fun.

Snuckles--Size 4! That is awesome! That makes me feel better that you really don't feel that much because I have a bit of soreness but not much. I have noticed though that my back feels so much better. I was having what felt like a spasm in one side in the middle of my back before 10/10, now it is gone!

BTW--> I second the creation of a Callanetics Tips Thread!!!!!!!!!! As a newbie, it's hard to go through all the threads to find my tip!

Kathy,
I did keep track of 10/10 and Super C together and kept Evolution separate.
Recently i rolled all of my hours together. Now i only do Super C.

I got the dvd the other day and watched through some of it last night. Some of the moves looked really hard to do what do some of you do to get the form right? What do you use for the bar that she was using? I am looking forward to doing this.

Finished another hour of Evolution. I was so relaxed at the end, I laid there for about 10 mins and I think I feel asleep part of that!

Hi
I have just done my 1st hour of evolution. I really enjoyed it. I liked the different yet similar exercises to 10 in 10. Some I found easier and some harder.

Sandra Hanna,
The hip and behind exercises I really didn't feel in my hip and behind, more the back of my leg and thigh, do you need to roll the leg forward like you do in 10?
Also, I loved the wave ab exercise, I really felt it in my stomach, yet was able to do all the reps, just using my stomach muscles, normally the rest of my body tires before my stomach. (even though i have weak abs). I loved using the cushion in the back for the stomach lying down exercise and i wondered if it would be ok to use that in the 10 in 10 stomach exercises as it really isolated my abs using that?

I hope this makes sense, thanks for everything,
anna

I did my first Super C Hour today. Jeeze Louise! That's a whole different intensity level. Everything is tired, even my fingers! My goal is to do 15 hours of Super C by May 24th or die trying (ok, not really DIE).

I want results like Noreen!
I just tried Super C last night for the first time also. WOAH! I can see why people say they get great results. I love all the leg moves I leave for vacation on May 23rd, so I'm going to try and get in at least 15 hours also...we won't die...will we???

fitnfree- I think we might die! I'm so glad that someone else shares my goal. We're going to look fabulous and be so strong on vacation!!!!!

I am SOOOOO sore today from my first Super C. I can hardly walk!

I do half and hour every day - I split it up.... That way, my legs can recover while my abs take a beating and vice versa.

Be sure and take before and after pictures. Even if you don't want to share them, they are a HUGE motivator.

I am so excited. Today we had a pizza lunch in the office and at least 3 people I haven't seen recently told me I had lost weight! Now you know my head was swelling by this time. At first I just blew it off, but then 2 more ladies mentioned it and I started grinning and guess what else, it's my TOM too! Which means I'm bloated! I bet I haven't lost a pound, but I know 10/10 is working it's magic!

hi, michelle --

i am only doing callanetics, and i'm getting great results . i SHOULD be doing some cardio, and probably i could get rid of these little lingering pudgies on the sides of my waist faster if i did, but they're disappearing nonetheless just with callanetics alone. so don't worry, just do it.

Hi Sarah!

Splitting it up is not a bad idea! My walking isn't too smooth today either OUCH!

I did take before pics when I finished 10 hours of 10/10. I'm going to take the afters right before I go away and I am SO sharing them!! Not doing all that hard work and keepin' it to myself
You're progress pics you already posted were great! Just think of the difference after a month of SUPER!! Yes, we will look amazing on vacation...hopefully we can walk then

1 hour 10 in 10 Thursday night.

I hope to do another hour tomorrow, but this sinus infection may not let me.

I also was going to take progress pix after hour 11, but I'm just on the verge of TOM and bloated, so I'd rather wait for a few more hours. I always look 3-4 months pregnant around this time of the month... LOL.

Hi,

No, you don't want to feel pain in the lower back after workout. Sometimes though, if you had tight lower back muscles, when you start stretching the tension
