I try to aim for every other day. Marsha has got the amazing abs-she could show hers in public! And I think it took her only 10 whereas it took 15 for me to start showing anything. The befores were at 10 hrs and I was quite depressed cause I hadn't shown anything but Marsha convinced me to keep up with it and it took longer for me but at 15 I started showing results.

I have 17 hours total since end of February. I am mostly working to reduce my belly and saddlebags. My dh commented after my 4th 10/10 session: "Your arms are looking very slender!" I personally started noticing a difference in my lower-body problem areas after the 8th hour, that's when I started fitting into my size 10 pants. I expect to start wearing my size 8s when I've got about 25 hours logged. ???

I've only done two hours but I know it's working because of the muscle soreness I have the next day. I'm still 90lbs overweight so I'm not sure how long it will take for my results to really show. I will take some pics at 10 hours (if I notice a difference).

Alright, I am back. I need to stick with this. Swimsuit season is coming!

Today was an elliptical day - I did 45 minutes and burned over 500 calories! I did about 5 minutes of abs and core work after that.

Tomorrow will be a 10/10 day. I am starting all over with Day 1 since I have not been on track for so long. It is impossible to stay away from this thread, though - the excitement is contagious!

I have started to notice a difference just this week. I completed my fifth hour of Callanetics 10/10 yesterday. I am also using Cardio Burn. My favorite is the 10/10, though. I love the way I feel afterwards! My DH has noticed & so have some of my co-workers. At this point, I feel like the part of me that I no longer want is melting away. I started the Atkins diet the beginning of March and started using 10/10 & CB last week. In just one week, I am noticing a difference. The exercising is enhancing the Atkins--the three are working together wonderfully. After reading all of the posts, I am ready to get the Evolution and combine it with the 10/10.

This morning, on my way into work, I noticed that as I was sitting there driving, the "roll" that used to sit above my slacks (that are getting baggy...) is nearly gone! It used to be that the "roll" was actually bigger than my boobs! Yet, you can now tell where they are again!

Just stick with it...one day you will wake up and see the difference...it's nothing short of a miracle! The difference between try and triumph is just a little umph! Don't you just love it?!?!

I've only done six hours so far. I measured after the first hour, and again after the sixth, and in that five hour period of Callan I had lost 4.75 inches. I didn't think anything was really changing so I was happy to see those numbers, although now that I think about it my jeans are fitting better. Callanetics is amazing!

The inches lost were 1/4" off each arm, 1/2" off the midriff, 1" off the waist, 1-1/4" off the lower abs, 1" off the hips, and 1/4" off each thigh.

I've only complete 13 hours so far. I was going gang buster until I realized my clothes weren't fitting any more. I then got totally freaked out and slowed down quite a bit. I didn't really expect it to happen so fast for me. I'm not sure at what hour I really realized something was happening. If I were to guess, I'd say around 7.

I noticed into session 5 things were moving and then in session 10 I could really tell. I am noticing little changes now and see things moving and lifting. I still have weight to lose but this makes it much better when the weight not moving to be able to go from a 12 to a 10 with no weight loss.

I noticed a difference after the first few sessions - I felt "taller" and I could really feel the difference in my neck and shoulders. Each time I did 10/10 I could do a little more, which made me feel good! I haven't measured again yet, but my I'm down 2 sizes. Yeah me!

I am completing a BFL challenge right now so I am doing that with Callenetics. After my challenge I will keep lifting, but I don't think I will be so "regimented". It's difficult to work out 6 days a week, I'd rather do 4 and acutally get it accomplished and feel good about it!

Thanks for the advice - i will try those things you said. They are pretty mind bogling though- the stretching out bit to the crown sounds tricky. However I am doing a workout today so we will see how it goes.

I am doing 10 times 10. I do not have evolution. However I have just bought the Future-Gym book by Pip Coory (do you know this) ; and am going to work on her stuff. As I understand it her stuff is evolved from callanetics/callanetics evolution.

I just completed my 6th hour of 10/10 and I can see slight differences in my body composition already. I didnt take pics at the start (always intend to but dont ) but I took some after 5 hours and I will take more after 10 hours to compare. I love the exercises and actually look forward to it(that's REALLY saying something for me ) HTH
