PROGRESS PICTURES!

Ok guys, it was weird but I could not find where is 'gallery' that many have on this site. I really wanted to commit to losing flab so I took pics from my past 3 Callan SuperC sessions (5 - 8). It shows that bulk is getting bigger on my tummy and inside tights and if there were not for 'signs' such as hollow next to the knee and tight and lean muscle starting to show on the tight, I would almost think it is not working.

Sandra encouraged me to persist, so I will, the entire month. I will add moderate walking 30-60 minutes daily to the routine. It also would be nice if I lose weight but more importantly is to lose flab and get elongated...

OH YES: GALLERY IS POSTED AT:
Callanetics progression

Please give me your feedback!

Cheers,

Bianca

Do you have room for one more?

I usually do either quick callenetics tapes, or the orginal callenetics tapes.

I probably need to pick up her newer ones.

I incorporate cardio in the form of walking or jumping on the mini-tramp also.

This week: 3 hours of callenetics.

Magic you can see.

Hi there, we always have room for more, just jump right in!

I also have a mini-trampoline and I was wondering if you just jump on it or do you follow a particular exercise routine. Mine came with an exercise dvd but it is only like 15 minutes and not very impressive, I only followed it once.

I Want to Join!

Hi.

I would like to join your group if that's ok. I have completed two hours of Callanetics this month. I'm hoping to complete 3 or 4 hours every week. I do a bit of a warm up before hand, and I go to the track after work in the evening.

I do have a question, though. Will callanetics get rid of an apron stomach? I know I have quite a bit of weight to lose, but I'm hoping that I'll be able to tone it up eventually.

Thanks and good job everyone!

I have been reading all the posts and as advised ordered AM/PM last week but it hasn't arrived yet. I want to believe this will work but after struggling for several years on and off with t-tapp and seeing minimal results I am really afraid this won't do much for me either. There are so many form tips here I feel overwhelmed already...

Don't be overwhelmed. It doesn't take long to learn and there are two fantastic teachers on here who will answer all your questions.

Ajay

I gave up on T-Tapp and started Callanetics. After only a couple of hours I can feel the difference, I can't see any difference yet, but I can sure feel it. The moves are not near as complicated as with t-tapp and I believe they are a little more forgiving in that if you don't get them exactly right, you will still see some results, which I find much more encouraging and motivating to try harder to get them exactly right.

I feel better about myself after 6 hours of Callanetics than I did after months of t-tapp.

Ajay,

Don't be discouraged! I also did ttapp and saw minimal results. Most of the time, I did not feel worked out. I was a happy person while ttapping....

Now with Callanetics, I my body is changing fast but I am sore alot.

Please don't forget to check your local library for Callanetics books and videos.

To all my callan friends, Guess what happen to me Sat. I had to go to a family gathering and most of my family members i havent seen me since i started callan well, several of them, not just one but several came to me and told me that i had lost weight .

I couldn't believe what i was hearing, because when i had did t-tapp for several months i saw some of the same family member and one of them came to me and told me it look like i had gain weight I was so hurt to the point that i could have died, because i had follow t-tapp to the T for at least 4 months then someone tells you that you look like you gain. Then my husband was trying to throw hints at me without hurting my feelings, i guess i finally caught on that t-tapp wasn't the answer for me. He is so glad i started callanetics.

All I can say is I LOVE YOU CALLANETICS

So Happy i Met You Guys

Hi,

Don't try to digest too much info at this stage. You've already made the first important step - you've decided to try Callanetics. Watch the DVD, try the exercises and then after a few sessions you'll probably have some queries about the program. Then would be a good time to review the previous posts keeping in mind what you want to know. YOu'll probably find the answers will jump right out at you.

As with everything, you will learn and take on a bit more each time you work out. Only when you are ready will your questions come up and you'll be ready to learn more.

A big mistake with beginners is that they want to try too hard, putting too much energy into the exercises when it really isn't necessary. Most important thing - start exercising - the rest will follow when you're ready.

Good luck you are on the best site here, I'm blown away with the support and the great advise that has been pouring out.
