~*~*~*T-tappers ain't no April Fools
Tapp is a series of copyrighted, sequential movements designed to put the body in proper functional alignment. Its special sequence of comprehensive, compound muscle movement helps establish better alignment as well as increased strength and flexibility of the spine, better neuro-kinetic flow, lymphatic function, and increased metabolic rate. Its physical therapy approach to fitness makes it safe for those with shoulder, hip, knee, neck, and back concerns. Yet, it delivers a challenging workout for all fitness levels!
T-Tapp's preventative wellness workouts deliver results inside and out. Instead of just focusing on burning calories and fat to lose weight, T-Tapp concentrates on helping the body rebuild digestion, assimilation, elimination, in addition to improving lymphatic function and neuro-kinetic flow. Increased energy, mental clarity and overall health immediately improve as your body tightens and tones. Faster inch loss occurs because muscles develop like girdles so they can uplift and cinch in target areas of concern. That's because T-Tapp develops long, lean muscle fibers with strength and flexibility for greater muscle density instead of muscle bulk. In fact, T-Tapp can redesign bulky muscles into lean, dense tissue! Best of all, this type of muscle development helps support the spine and joints in a rehabilitative way. Many injuries occur due to muscle imbalance, but with T-Tapp muscles are always built with strength and flexibility. It just happens that this type of muscle development also increases metabolic processing for higher burning of calories and fat even when not working out! Last of all, T-Tapp is a left-right brain, mind-body workout. Most have heard the phrase "if you don't use it, you lose it" but with T-Tapp it's never too late to rebuild fitness and health. Come discover "Yes You Can" with T-Tapp and FEEL the difference while you try some sample movements for free. More Than A Workout! T-Tapp... Is done without weights, equipment, or jumping! Is very rehabilitative, especially for the lower back and knees. The movements look so simple, but they provide a workout like no other. Works all layers of the muscle at both attachments to develop muscle density instead of muscle bulk. Is more than a mind/body workout! T-Tapp is a left/right brain, mind/body workout. Is where less becomes MORE! Instead of working long and hard, discover how quality of movement can be more important than quantity!

Yeah, it's April! Looking forward to sunshine and warmer weather!
Thanks Cheryl for the information. I'm still not comfy in a bikini though Last evening I walked for 45 minutes at the track during baseball practice. I may just stick with walking until the contest, haven't decided yet. wcbl Last edited by Gracie514 : 04-01-2008 at 07:39 AM. |

Yea!! It's April. Now where is the warm weather and sunshine??!! Gracie, you're not hiding it somewhere, are you??
Won't get tapping in today. Too busy with houses. Denise, it sounds as if your life if full with your remodeling. Sorry you had to fire a handyman. I don't envy you that. Have a great day, Bev |

Happy April!!!I'm trying to save it all til sunday but.... I'm on roll - EOD makes sunday a tapp day... Next week will be tough!! This weeks workouts I'm trying to find where I want pointers from Kirsten. You are going to laugh, but after 2 years of only having the total workout, I splurged during this months sale and got SITTM, LB Combo, TEMPO 2 and Hit the floor... along with the workshop on sunday... Theresa has a few of my $$$ - LOL. I like the tempo w/ out all the breaks and love the LB - what took me so long!!!

Hey y'all,
It got warm and wet yesterday and then the wind kicked up and the breeze was very chilly. What a teaser. Tonight is class with Michelle. Looking forward to a good workout. |

I was recovering from dance yesterday. Apparently I can do a backward roll, and shocked my self. I love dance, I have my tap class tonight. I need to tapp, at least HD and OIP today. I just can't seem to jump back into it.

I survived class tonight. Michelle was in some kind of "tempo" mood. Extra reps and quicker. What a workout!
I'm going to need a nice, long soak. |

Allie, are you insane? (or is Mich making this up?) lol
I did Tempo2 last night for the first time. What a killer workout! I was SO not ready for that. That'll teach me to do that without having done B/R in a Loooooong time. LB Standing is so different. Gracie, congrats on DH getting the new job! Sounds like a great move! You had me with the Strawberry Shortcake bikini comment! ![]() ![]() I woke up in the middle of the night feeling achiness in my hip pads, of all places. Go figure, I measured last night and I'm up about an inch everywhere. These contest pics are gonna be disheartening, but they gotta be done. ![]() |

Cheryl-Michelle was on some kind of mission last night. I said she must have got her new DVD after we were done.
Have you tried doing 10 reps of the arms? I'm going to need to work out tonight just to keep up. |

Good Idea! Yeah Michelle, I was ruminating when to start the first 2 weeks of torso challenge. I'll have to print it up unless you want to send it to me via email. I'm thinking the sooner the better on that one.
I'm also thinking I'm going to have to get the new Tempo DVD..... |

No magazine shipment yet
Unfortunately, Fit Body Magazine has delayed the release of this issue again. Originally it was supposed to be out in January, then it was pushed to March and now the end of April. We really are sorry for the delay, but it is out of our hands. However, Fit Body will be sending a copy of the TappCore DVD within the next few days AND you will receive another copy with the magazine shipment in April. If you would like to receive a refund, we understand. Just let the T-Tapp office know and they will take care of that for you.
