SIX inches of fresh snow this morning!

I'm wishing I was there, where the spring weather is!

I'm feeling much better now, thank you, Bev. Added kidney beans & a few herbal remedies.

Had a good resistance work out this morning.

Debby, sorry to hear about the snow....we've got a cold rain here and it is supposed to dip into the upper 20's tonight. The daytime temps are slowly creeping up there.

I'm sitting here with my oatmeal. Contemplating getting ready for work.

Yikes, Debbie!! 6 inches!!

I got in Ladybug BWO+ yesterday and Ladybug Standing today. I watched the tips at the end. When you add the lat engagement on the rollups along with tightening the tummy and rolling up from there--man alive, it's a workout on it's own.

Another week done. DD gone up to Chicago to look at apartments with future SIL. DS's future wife is here for the weekend. She picked up invitations and brought them here. Started stamping them with stars and tying ribbons on in their colors. They are really cool. She is a crafty lady and we had a good talk remembering childhoods. I am going to be looking forward to having all this done. Let's see, that would be August.

Have a great weekend.

Ya... but its melting fast.

I did my cardio e-rolling this morning... threw in some t-tapp arms to get the heart rate up faster... funny how that works!

Yipee its the week-end! Hope you all have a good one!

We're taking the motorcycle for a spin Saturday... SNO or NO!!

Hey y'all! It's Saturday and cold...brrrrr

I got in the Ladybug combo and 30 min arm workout on the ellipse. Sweat city.

DH and I went to dinner and a movie last night. Saw Tyler Perry's new movie. I enjoyed it. The kids in the theatre were obnoxious but the volume of the movie almost drowned them out. There's a lot to be said about DVD's.

Hoping to get the most out of the day. May put off grocery shopping until tomorrow and do some cleaning and then reading. Hmmmmm.

Had the flu yesterday. It was crappy. Funny thing, I called my mom and she had the exact same thing. We even threw up within 10 min. of each other. It was pitiful.

Geez Amanda. You are having a tough time with it. I hope you and your mum feel better soon.

Michelle....I'm in and I am stoked. I will get my supplements this week and I truly hope to get a good routine down. I'm going to strive to get an eating plan in place that works for me by the start of the challenge. My goal is to get back to where I left off last summer. It has been such a struggle since last year. Maybe my awesome trainer can help me get some kind of game plan together. Hmmmm.

We, your class, could be your showcase so to speak. Hmmmm

Chery! You're in, right? How about you, Gracie?

Hi !
Hope everybody has a sunny-fun-Sunday. We're riding the moto to church this morning... went for a ride yesterday & it was fun, though a bit chilly.

Today's my resistance day... Core T-tapp

Have a good one!

Hey y'all... I rested from workouts on Saturday and did my shopping and Sunday School prep. I didn't get around to any serious housecleaning.....Maybe Monday after I workout or something. LOL. I haven't been able to get into cleaning lately. Good thing my teens do what I ask them to do.

Let's see. Took a nap this afternoon. I was wiped out. Did BWO+, TTN, lunges and balance and followed it up with the 30 min glute workout on the ellipse. Made a big ol' pot of sauce in between.

Hope everyone had a delightful Sunday. The weather was great.

I'm going to enter the contest too. I have all the info saved on my computer. I know it starts on April 11th so do my pics have to be exactly from that day? This is my first challenge so I'm not sure of the legalities! I definitely will NOT be wearing a bikini in my photos like you Cheryl!! LOL! Maybe after the challenge I will. ( hopefully!)

I didn't have time to tapp this weekend with baseball/t-ball but I did walk 45 minutes on both Sat/Sun at the field. The weather here is starting to warm up a little, still praying for spring.

Happy Monday!! It's warm, but rainy here. Would love to see some sunshine.

I'm not doing the contest. Too many weddings. I have to fight some days just to get in my tapping.

We have only one small office to do this afternoon at 4. Yea!! A day off. Getting ready to get in my Ladybug Standing. Want to go visit some of my older friends this afternoon. It's been so long since I have taken the time. I am really starting to feel better energywise etc. This weekend we actually played games. Yea!! It feels good.

Be good to yourselves!!

Bev

Happy Monday!

Friday completed 10 day bootcamp for me... phew... hadn't done that in almost a year!!!!

No tapping over the weekend... weights and walk saturday and a quick 3 mile run yesterday (that was supposed to be day off) but it was an easy run.

Today starts EOD - I did LB standing at lunch... I am committed to at least 3 t-tapp workouts a week!!!! I miss it when I've been away from it and 1 workout a week wasn't enough!!!

HAGD all!!!

Amanda glad you are feeling better. Not sure if I have time for the challenge. Still in the middle of remodeling, new BR, flooring etc. Fired our handyman today, hired a new handyman, we'll see if we can get our stuff resettled after this project. New cabinets look great but don't store what we had so got to get rid of some stuff. T-Tapp is weekly or every other week until project is finished. May need a plumber, it is never over eve though Dh is is skilled. We get worn out and think it is easier to hire someone.

Hope to escape to Chareslon for a brief relief this weekenk and back to basics next week.

Denise

Denise...home improvement projects are exhausting at times. And time consuming. Good luck with it all.

Well, mission accomplished. I did B/R followed by the 30 min calves routine on the elliptical. I am sweating like a dog. I'm glad I held off a bit on TWO. I attacked it with vigor today and it didn't slay me. Hooray for me.

Tuesday is Kidzlife day. If I get out of bed early enough, I will do a workout on the elliptical. Otherwise it will be PBS and hoe downs at work.

Amanda-good to hear you are feeling better.

Laurie, save your energy for Sunday girlfriend! (I am)

Gracie, yes, take your pics ON the 11th with a newspaper, all 5 poses. Then squirrel them away (after sending them to Kitty with your info). I know the bikini pics won't be great for the first round, but you will definitely see more changes if you do it that way, so I'm taking one for the team. Last year I used workout wear and you couldn't see the changes in my abs that way.

Did my floor work yesterday. My keester is sore. I have both kids with me tonight and DH is out in San Francisco. I don't see a workout in my future tonight, but tomorrow I am ON!

I started our new April thread Here
