Lori, I already have my sea salts ready for the bath I'm gonna need that night...LOL

Completed my mini BC last night. I did LB Floor again. We also walked 3 miles at lunch. My body told me it was ready for a break after the floor work. I feel good getting that done.

Enjoying my day off today, going shopping!

Amanda, hope you feel better!

Ditty Debby! Hope everyone has a wonderful holiday weekend!

Where did the week go?

Hey y'all! TGIF.

Class on Wednesday was great. We pretty much did the TWO and I did the glute program on the ellipse before hand so it was a good workout all around. My jeans are looser already.

Had my girls group over for movie night. We watched "The Gospel of John" It was a great movie. Next month we are going with a Tyler Perry movie. Good conversations last night to boot.

I'm going to do the TWO again today. My speed and maybe some time on the ellipse. We'll see how much time we have. I've got church tonight so I'll be pressed for time.

Blessed Easter for those who will be away.

I am feeling a little better. Just really tired and a little ick. My family went to Cabela's today. Dh spent his birthday money. We also met my SIL and niece. It was fun, we were there for 3 hours. I am having a tupperware party tomorrow. I hate being sick and trying to clean.

Amanda...I hope you bounce back quickly.

I got my workout in as planned. I used the book as my guide. I'm thinking of doing the ladybug workout today because I have missed doing it. I will do it sometime this afternoon. I've got the reading program this morning and then I will be doing girl time with my DD. We are going to get groceries and some clothes for her. She is growing again and it is time to update her stuff.

Hope you guys with the spring weather are out enjoying it!
We've still got a lot of snow to melt & ice/mud to dry up in the driveway... But that nice sun is so tantalizing!

Today's Core T-Tapp for me & resistance elliptical... then probably a sit back & rest day!

Have a good one! Get better Amanda... Have fun shopping Allie!

We really like The Gospel of John, too.

Tonight we wanted to watch The Miracle Maker, but we seem to have lost it.

Hey Everal...We caught "The Ten Commandments" on TV last night. I had never seen it and we enjoyed it. They new how to do an epic back in the day.

All of my other activities took up too much of the day and so I just did the 30 min glute program on the ellipse. "just"...LOL It turns me into a sweat factory all by itself.

I'm thinking of the TWO after church instead. What a difference doing the TWO is having on me. I'm really starting to see some results and I've only done it twice. It is a kick butt workout.

Enjoy the day. I a stoked. DD and I had a very good talk about the death and the resurrection yesterday in the car. For a 13 year old, she has a good grasp on grace and salvation. It is comforting to know.

Lori, I know 2 weeks! WOOT! I can't wait. I love clinics and how hard Kirsten works us.

Amanda, your weekend sounds like fun, but alot of work for you just getting over being sick. Hope you got to relax a bit.

back Denise!

/waving to Debby and Bev!

Had a great weekend with family. We grouted our tile on Saturday and UN-grouted the tile yesterday. The mix was too wet and it didn't set up correctly. Ugh... It was so much fun, we get to do it all over again! LOL

So since I had been sick and still going. I stayed home from church to rest and feel better. I am going to do More today. Kids are home. We will be working on state reports. Virginia and Delaware. I broke a tooth last night. Eating a baked potato, no dentists are even open today. Oh, well. I am reading A NEW Earth and The Screwtape Letters. Hopefully I will do something fun with the kids. I also need to write a few storylines.

Hi!

I feel so spoiled today, I get it off... so that's a 4 day week-end for me... but I'm using it to "start" sorting out the tax stuff. Its not due to be done till June, so I have some time... a little at a time, gets the job done.

Today was another cardio day... 25 minutes on the elliptical. But I incorporated the t-tapp core arm moves to get my heart rate up fast!

Hope you all have a great day!

Amanda, I love C.S. Lewis... what a great writer.

Cheryl....No, I'm not doing the bc yet. I decided to hold off until the contest. I am doing the TWO again. I did it twice last week and I'm shooting for 3 times this week. I'm really trying to be patient here. I am doing workouts on my Nordic Track to satisfy my urge to do more.

Looks like oldest son is getting the bug from last week. Poor dude. Will have to take care of him tonight and break it to his gf. LOL.

Looking to do the TWO tonight. Wish me luck. Hope everyone enjoys the day, especially those with the long weekend.

Hope everyone had a wonderful Easter.

Amanda and Debby, CS Lewis is the best. DH has some of the Screwtape Letters memorized and dressed up in a 3 piece suit with a pipe and did it with a British accent for churches in our area. That was 'a few' years back. Did an excellent job. Sounds like you are both working to get the tapping in. Great job. Get healthier, Amanda.

Allie, I love the Ladybug standing right now. It leaves my muscles quivering. I think that I can hold better form cause it's less twisting, but, man, it works those leg muscles-all the rest too. Sounds like your DD and you have some interesting discussions. That is sooo cooool!

Cheryl, Hi, back at ya'! DS and GF are working hard on their wedding. They made unity candles the other night. Pringles cans and ice cubes. They ended up with some neat looking candles with interesting holes where the ice cubes where. It looks like she will be here every weekend till they get married. They have got to get together to plan and there's nothing for them to do up there and this is where the wedding will be.

Did Ladybug Standing, LB Pop, and DD this afternoon. First time tapping since Thurs or Fri. Love it, love it, love it!! DD is home from college and wants to tapp with me when we can. She had gotten out of the habit of tapping. Wants to get back into the habit. We want to get to a seamstress some time this week to find out how much and how long to get the dress altered. We went shoe shopping on Sat and she found a pair of heels she loves-she had to order the color she wanted. And she found a pair of comfy flats to wear at the reception. Got a lot done.

Take care of yourselves and have a great evening.

Bev

Bev-pretty exciting stuff going on at your house. Hope all the plans fall nicely into place.

I did the ladybug combo today. Aaaahhhhh. I feel really good right now. I am seriously feeling it in my lats. I'm pondering whether to do cardio tonight or in the morning. First thing in the morning is looking pretty good right now.

You are right. Ladybug standing leaves the legs quivering.

Y'all ladies have a great evening

Morning y'all-

It's Kidzlife day so I did a 30 min cardio program on the ellipse. No workout tonight as I'll be getting in late.

Y'all have a good one. On the lookout for warmer weather....where is it already?

Bev, your place is wedding central. How cool. I bet you will be a bit relieved yet lonely when they are all married off. Gonna have to find a hobby! (wedding planner?)

I love the Ladybug workout too. It's so tough for me to go back to B/R or do the Tempo's...lol

Allie, I thought you were doing a BC cause you were saying you were doing TWO for a couple of days in a row now. Phew! Glad you are waiting.

Amanda, glad you are better and took the time to rest!

Deb, 4 day weekend? No fair! (says the girl who is leaving on a 4-day weekend on Thursday...lol)

Hello ladies I've been fighting a cold for a few days now and this morning woke up to a sore throat, congestion, and eye infection. I'm going to call the Dr. and see if I can get an appointment, I think it's probably a sinus infection. Hopefully he'll be able to give me a z-pac or something. I agree with Allie, WHERE IS THE WARM WEATHER??????? I haven't tapp'd in a few days, going to try and wait this out. I did walk about 3 miles at the track on Saturday. Hope everyone is well and you're all doing such a great job! Maybe by Thursday or Friday I'll feel human again

Did More yesterday and did BWO+ today. Broke a tooth on Sunday, went to the dentist today. $165 for xrays, then I have to go back for $165 to get it filled. Then I have to have some deep gum cleaning done or I will end up losing my teeth. And is around another $400. And I have NO insurance. Aren't I lucky? But good news, I don't have any cavities and I have only ever had 1 when I was 12.

Gracie, hope you are better soon. You've had a rough winter! I'm tapping my foot patiently waiting for warmer weather too. It's GOTTA get here sometime, right?

Amanda, you too, no luck with your health, sheesh! and we work so hard to take care of ourselves. What gives?!! I hope all goes well with your teeth. The gum cleaning doesn't sound pleasant, but necessary. Hurray for no cavities though!

I did my LB BWO+ last night in addition to walking 2.5+ miles at lunch yesterday. Froze my patootie off, but heck, beats sitting at my desk.

I can't wait to get on the plane tomorrow to go to Florida. I'm meeting up with two girls from LCF actually, back in my Callan days!

Today's core w/wts... how on earth can I get rid of the fat on my arms!! grrr... skinny everywhere else! Well, I guess that's my body's last feast spot!

Hope everybody's feeling good today.

No tapping yesterday or today. Way to busy. DD and I went to Goodwill today to find some clothes for her. She found this really cool teapot. It's a cow, with a bell and tail and black and white. Very cute.

Amanda, sorry to hear about your tooth.

Gracie, wondered where you were?? Hope you feel better soon.

Debbie, hope you feel better also.

Cheryl, Hey!!

Have a good evening. Planning on teaching DD Awesome Legs tonight. She wants to take that back to college.

Hello!
Well I'm back from my illness, sinus infection along with eye infection. I'm still taking my z-pack and praying for wellness. There's only 3 people in my office and 2 of us were in bed sick yesterday! If spring doesn't get here soon I may be forced to move to Florida. Where are you spring????????????

I haven't been able to tapp this week but I did walk yesterday for 40 minutes. I'll take what I can get. Hopefully I'll feel up to it this evening but after working all day I might be exhausted.

Everyone stay well and I WCBL!
