My dream is to organise a Callanetics "open day" in the summer on a nice, warm, sunny day in our garden. Of course with BBQ. If I make it, I will let you know. You will be welcome to come along! Finally, I won't have to be paranoid about others being bored with me talking about Callanetics all the time.

IŽd LOVE to come!
And Agnes best of luck to you in all the exciting things you are doing! And lots of thanks to you for all your help to everybody on this board!

Isn't this one happening thread!?! Love all the input and suggestions. Yesterday, got in another hour of CallaneticsEvolution. Whew! Always amazes me how much I feel it after I've been away from it for several days, still doing Super or 10/10; it just works things in a different way. Makes me drip with sweat and breathe heavy, what's up with that? Love all my workouts. Even if I never lose another inch (not likely at all) I'd continue Callanetics for life...got a glorious 4-mile outside walk, up and down hills, with absolutely NO PAIN! Oh the MAGIC!! It was hour 43 (combination of workouts). Happy day everyone.

Let the transformation begin!

Hi! It is official now! My DVD was in my mailbox when I got home from work last evening! I immediately went in and started it! It was wonderful! My DH even joined in on a couple of the exercises! The pelvic exercises were the most challenging and the stretches were heavenly, as they always have been for me! Thankfully, today I am not nearly as sore as I thought I might be...which is a good thing!

I can hardly wait to do my next hour when I get home this evening!

I have now completed 1 hour of the 10/10!

Hi, Callanetics friends!

I like Callanetics so much! I have been training these exercises for a 3 months. But then I've broken this magic gymnastics, but now I settle to restart my trainings. And I glad to find so many people who appreciate Callanatics so as I!
Sorry for my English, please! I tend to study your language.

Nice to meet you, Callanetics Fans!

I have completed 1 hour of Callanetics and I am going to complete 2 hour this evening!

WOE: Callanetics and Turbo Jam!
Hi Callan Groupies!

I'm Carrie. I'm 39 years old...40 in July I was the 120's and a size 4 for years. In the last few years I've gone up to 143 and I'm in mostly 6's. Lately I''ve been down on myself about my body and I want to feel good again. I tried Callanetics a couple of years ago, but I didn't stick with it.

I just started 10/10 again about 2 weeks ago. So far I have completed 7 hours. My pants are getting loose and I feel great! I took measurements when I started and I'll post them after 10 sessions. Now I really wish I had taken pics at the beginning too. I think I'll have my husband take some tonight.

I was doing only turbo jam before I started Callan again and now I'm doing mostly Callan with TJ thrown in here and there. I love it! I've been reading all the Callan challenge threads and the motivation and support here is amazing

Carrie

How often should a beginner do these exercises? Every day? Every other day for a rest to the muscles?

I began doing them 3 to 4 x a week (with 10 in 10).

Give it a rest now and then to allow your muscles to recover.

Just done another hour of Super Callanetics. The only part I am struggling with now are the Hips and Behind exercises when you are kneeling up with your leg straight out to the side. But today i managed to do 25 Open and Closes.

Hi!
I didn't do Callanetics today because i was practising/teaching a guy today! So Matt & i went through about 30-40 mins of Callanetics before he begged for mercy!! It was Matt's 1st time, Callanetics Virign! But he's quite good!
We had fun doing it, my siamese cat kept craweling all over matt when we were working out!

Oh, i did do 20 mins yesterday for the hips & behind.

Did someone ask for the exercises on the Quick Callanetics Stomach? I thought that I saw that, but now I don't find the post.

If so, I have written them down and will type them in later tonight.
