Another 30 minutes on the treadmill!!! I'm especially proud of myself, cuz usually if I dont exercise in the AM, I am too tired at night and will make excuses not to do it. BUT tonight I did it anyway Have you gotten any new workouts yet, Stacey? WATP is next on my queue

Back Back Back! Exam is over, I am officially a Rutgers University Graduate and ready ready ready!

Time to work off all the delicious meals I've had studying at Panera, and all the yummy cookies I've had with coffee studying at Borders late night!

Ran 1.5mi yesterday, then did elliptical and circuits. Today I spent a half hour with my sister doing floor strength exercises - abs, pushups (well, my attempts at them), holding the plank on one side, etc. Just trying to do SOMETHING every day.

WTG guys! Good job and thanks for supporting my sporadic booty

I agree Panera is scrumptious! I love their soups I walked a couple miles yesterday, but my little guy started feeling poorly at the park so we came home and he has been sick since. Hope to get in some cardio today...I need it!

Lisa~I am looking into some new DVDs, but I can't find one that grabs my attention. I have the advanced Tae Bo and I think I will try that one out tonight or in the AM.

I just finished another 1.75 miles on the treadmill I am really concentrating on the cardio for fat burning right now.

Stacey~ How about Jillian Michael's Shred program( ya know, the trainer from Biggest Loser-she is RIPPED!!). I heard some good things about that here. Check it out.

Well I got in 10 minutes on the treadmill and a 10 minute workout I found on Netflix. I just realized yesterday that there is an instant watch feature included in my account. I can choose from select DVDs and watch them on my computer-YAY!!! I'll be gone to visit Mom today. Have a great day, ladies!!!

I worked my hardest yet at the gym. 30 minutes on the elliptical, but a little faster "191 calories burned." And I turned the resistance on all the machines up today, but a little. 20 reps on each machine (15+ machines you push, pull, twist, squat, curl, and other unnatural things on) I feel like jello. And the scale told me I've lost 5 pounds since starting Atkins on monday! Yay! I've been doing the same routine at the gym 4 times so far this week. Best gym week ever. Not too shabby for a fat guy.
