December Exercise Video Challenge

Hey Everyone, do you work out to a video or want to start?
Challenge yourself by joining us in December!
*You don't have to leave the comfort of your own home.
*You can wear whatever you like.
*You can do it whenever it fits into your day, but honestly we usually have to make it fit.
*It can be any workout video.
*In your first post be sure to put how many videos you want to complete for the month.
*People can join this challenge at anytime during the month!


I'll start by challenging myself to do 20 workouts.

i will shoot for 21 also,,,,, but hope i can do more (crossesfingers).....lol
i want a darn tummy tuck and lipo so i need to get the rest of this weight off

Welcome, Gina!! My fingers are crossed for you too! The weight will come off and you will feel like the hot momma we already see! What dvd's do you have?
I only have three and they are all from the WATP series. I take that back, I have an old TaeBo video and I tried doing that for a bit earlier this fall and I just couldn't keep up. I hope to add to my collection.

Yes, I'm feeling better. I know I had to do some walking the other day and normally when I'd start getting a little huffy & puffy that this time I was doing fine. So, I take that as a good sign that things are going in the right direction.

I can't wait to see how we all do by Christmas! I'm still aiming to increase my exercise per day. I just need to push myself a little harder.

How 'bout you?

I'm glad you feel like you can go further without getting tired!!! That is awesome! I will be so excited to get to Christmas and see how far we've come. Just exercising on a regular basis for more than 30 days is HUGE for me!
I felt like I was doing really well, until this week. I feel bloated again and my clothes feel tighter. TOM is at least a week away, so I don't think it's that. I did up my water again, so maybe my body is trying to get use to it. I'm trying to drink 4 liters a day, but I'm not going to beat myself up if I don't finish the last liter.

I have LOTS of others.
I have Power 90, The Firm, Yoga Booty Ballet, Kathy Smith's Project: YOU, Turbo Jam, Pilates, Tae Bo, and ... somewhere is a WATP video LOL!

This month I am focusing on Si6 and the Slim Series though. I see the best results with Debbie. Dang it! I am going to be Si6-ing til I die I think!

good morning
i did my 2 mile walk aways the pounds this morning
i dont know why i stopped i feel so much better when i do my tapes are just go for a walk....guess im lazy dangit .lol


i have a bunch of tapes ill have to dig them out .......lol and dust em off .....lol
geeeeeee cant we tell i use them alot lol
ill have to tell you what they are after i dig them out ,,,,,,dont recall what they are ....lol geeeeeee arent i givin my age away with a bad memory ....lmaooooo
anyway hope everyone has a nice day

Could the bloat be from something you're eating? Trying anything new? I wonder if it could be from the water? I think I did hear someone say that your cells fill up right before a whooshie of weight loss...so maybe that means you're getting ready to have one?

You can count me in to do 25 video workouts for the month of December. That will be a MAJOR challenge for me, but I'm determined to meet my goal!

I was originally going to shoot for 31, 1 a day, but we will be out of town for a few days for Christmas...
