After only 7 days, I lost 7.5 inches!!!!! How long should I do just the workout? When can I progress to the Advanced???? I have already tried it and it went fine??? Also I want to get the 7 Shapely Secrets program. How much time should I spend on the plain Body Flex before stepping up to another level?

I incorporate the breathing into my general exercise plan. I do yoga, Callanetics, and lower bodyweight training and Callanetics

Hi! I'd like to jump in on this thread. I am doing SS and see results. I have an old B/F tape. Other than the bar is there a difference in the breathing. If so, would somone mind explaining it to me. I would greatly appreciate it!

i don't have any other one than this one but it is just the breathing exercise then you do the Bar seperate.
I did dig it out and i actually did it. Maybe since i am not smoking if nothing else it will give my lungs a workout! I forgot how funny i felt making all that noise ![]() |

In my first week i've lost 3" in 8 places. Not the 7-14" Greer promises,
but I'll give it another few weeks to see if my body starts giving up the inches. I still find it vry difficult to hold my breath and move at the same time, & keep having to pause the DVD in order to catch my breath. |

I've just started back doing BF... I did it years ago, when her first set of tpaes were out. Early 90's..
I have those and the BF+ one. I like the original better than the plus one.. I feel I get a much better total body workout.. It works, if you work it. I'm doing it twice a day.. |
