WOE: Eating clean with no grain carbs!
Ok, here are my before and afters for 10 hours of Callanetics! I've been doing the 10/10 video every other day. I did skip a day because I was sore, but still did 10 sessions total so far. As far as diet, I've been eating really clean, no grain carbs, lots of plain yogurt! I do not count calories anymore. I focus on eating what my body tells me it needs, which has been colorful vegetables and lots of good fat and protein. I eat yogurt with whey protein and cinnamon every morning, with no sweetener. Delicious!







Not the hugest difference, but I'm very happy with it. I can fit into shorts that were uncomfortable last month. I haven't been weighing myself, and I don't plan to. I am in this to be stronger and more comfortable with how my body looks and feels, so no numbers for me

Thanks, guys

I was so hungry today in the evening (must be pms, hihi) and was contemplating ordering pizza but... then I found my old skirt and autumn heels and tried them on. (My appetite was gone within 3 sec )

Btw, additionally to minus 1 size i also lost 11 kg (24 lbs).

Am not gonna stop planning to have -1 more size and hold it.

To everyone who is still thinking of starting: just do it! It really works!

(Started super-callanetics yesterday... Omg, this is quite smth!)

Hi Guys! Can I have some advice I have just ordered the 10 in 10 and it will be here monday! Will this help me tone up my saggy belly and apron? I have lost 30 lbs over the last 7 weeks but not losing a lot of inches and my belly is really getting me down! I live in the UK BTW xxxxxxxx

Hi kellysaxo. Yes Callanetics will help pull in the stomach, as well as everywhere else. We run a monthly Callanetics Challenge here at LCF (do a search for Callanetics Challenge and look for November). Lots of advice and encouragement available.

I recently saw a girl I went to high school with and we did the 10 in 10 back then....we'll I moved on with life and never thought of it again until I saw her 20 years later and HOLY CRAP, she still does it. I'm ordering this DVD and getting on this again. My birthday was 3 days ago and I'm now 42 and she looks 22. I feel like crap. I just joined this site so as soon as I can figure pictures and everything,I will share my journey and my goal. Oh I need the support for sure.,

Patti, let me also encourage you to join our monthly challenge. I returned to Callanetics last May following 10 years of utter neglect and almost 100 pounds overweight. By December, when I celebrated my 60th birthday, I was 35 pounds lighter and I'm moving through space as though I were 35! Yes it really works. The Challenge thread is a tremendous part of my being able to stay consistent and motivated. Come. Join us.

The original pictures (post #35 above) were taken just as I found my instructor, so the photos reflect my changes since beginning to fully apply the concepts of the counter points, utilizing the counter extensions and learning to work "relaxed and effortless" with minimal muscle contraction.

Thanks guys. I was quite surprised when I compared these to the very first ones back in July. It's funny, but before I compared them I had myself convinced that there really wasn't much change, so wasn't it great that I was more concerned with being stronger and more flexible? Callanetics works so slow and steady that it's easy to fool yourself. The "unretouched" pictures don't lie.

This is only Callanetics at work here. No dietary restrictions at all. Over the years I've weaned myself away from junk food, and cooking for a husband with diabetes and kidney failure keeps me honest. It's Callanetics doing all the magic, and the more I learn to relax as I pulse the more incredible the results. This is why I get so passionately pushy with you all. I just want you to share the same joy with your bodies.

On a more serious note, the changes I see in you are organic, as in from within. You look serene, at peace. Your "aura" is different in these latest photos. Thank you so much for sharing your incredible progress. Prior to seeing these pictures, I used to say that the magic of Callanetics starts after a certain amount of sessions. Now I realize that Callanetics itself is magical.

susanw53, yippee! Great job!!! I was hoping you would post updated photos, but thought it presumptuous to ask. It is so motivating to see such dramatic changes!!! I always look at abs first because that's my worst problem area, and I have to say, your progress makes me want to get down on the floor right now to do another set of the ab exercises!

Wow - great inspiration from these pics. I'm a newbie to Callanetics have managed 7 sessions so far, cant believe how much better I feel and also sleeping with ease. I should really take some before pics soon.
