What book are you reading?

Hi, we've all been hearing a lot about the Bejin Olympics and how China is trying to improve itself to the world, but do we really know what is going on and happening to our christian brothers and sisters there? Religious persecution and the underground church is still a great reality in China.

I read a book recently called, "The Heavenly Man," by Paul Hattaway which is a must read!!! It is the remarkable true story of a chinese christian brother who's name is Yun. He is one of China's house church leaders, who has suffered much torture and imprisionment for the gospel of Christ. I compare him to the apostle Paul in the bible. He has healed and performed many miracles in his ministry, but is very dedicated to Christ Jesus.

We, as christians should be reminded of what the Chinese christians are going through for the faith, and pray for them on a regular basis.

bonjour! i am half way through my latest acquired novel by Tess Gerritsen. Its called Life Support, its nice and gross as expected..another good read for medical crime/ thriller lovers.
