Morning Ladies,
Today will be another hot day, and the weather report said that it will sizzle at the end of the week. Yikes!!! The shop where I work will be hot, but I'll make sure I drink plenty of water and keep a fan blowing on me. I finally cleaned out my closet, [that was a miracle in itself!!!],which is way more organized now, [thank goodness], and I'm getting rid of clothing that I don't need, 3 big bags to be exact. LOL. They will go to a warehouse that my church manages, and will be send to people who need clothing overseas. I realized last night that I don't need all that clothing and now I'm happy to help people who are in need. Praise Jesus!!! You'll have a blessed day in the Lord!!! Tammy

Star, How hot does it get where you are?
Its hot here to, we are always in the high 90's to low 100's. My elecrreic bill was over $300 last month because we ran the air so much. |

I'm glad the doctors finally found out what the problem was, and now she can work on getting better. Praise God!!! My brother also suffers from fatique and will probably get tested too. Please pray for them that God will touch their bodies in a miraculous way. I know he is able!!!  When I'm tired and fatiqued I ask God for strength to carry on. Tammy that is exactly what if wrong with me. I am hypothyroid myself and have been since I was in my 20s...At times I still have trouble with energy, but I am doing so much better since the Dr. put me on Amour thyroid. I was on synthyroid and I never felt good since I started taking it years ago. I begged my Dr. for years to put me back on Armour Thyroid and he finally gave in. Now I feel like a 20 year old at times... I hope they gave your Sister Armour thyroid and not the other. The Armour is a natural hormone but the Synthyroid is Synthetic jumk...

Oh, ya and I meant to tell you girls that we will be leaving tomorrow to go on our Golf Trip. We will be Married 43 years Thursday. It just does not seem possible that I have been Married that long. I ask Henry, if it seems that long to him, and he just kind looks at me with kind of a half smile on his face... Hmm, I don't know what to think about that one.

Morning, Happy Friday!!! T.G.I.F.
It's going to be a sizzler today, with the temp going up to 83 degrees. I have a half day, 'cause I need to leave work at 1:00pm to get to my eye appointment. Then I have to go to the bank and pay a bill. Oh, I bought some tanks and t-shirts from Tabes. They're a little bit more expensive, but have good quality [100% coton] clothing. I like coton, 'cause I find that the woven t-shirts are too hot for me. Patty, since I have the afternoon off I will check and see if my book is in at the christian book store. I can't wait to read it!!! Diana, How are you doing? Thanks for all your prayers and much encouragement. Mary, Hope you're feeling better today. Good Morning my Dear Sisters. Girls I just Love You so much and I want your day to be filled with wonderful surprises...
Our Anniversary was just wonderful... Dawn met us at Marksville to play golf and we played against Henry and we tied him. We played some good golf. Boy it was hot out there and you gotta love golf to play in that weather... It was so wonderful to share our day with Dawnie. She's my baby and we just had the best time... On our way home yesterday, we stopped at Penneys and Sears and bought Henry some new golf clothes and work clothes. Boy did we find the bargains. He got some of his clothes for 75% off and paid $5.00 for 1 pair of his shorts. Gotta love those bargains... We just had so much fun on our trip and Dawnie being their made it so special... Henry took me to a Steak House for dinner and we had some good eats... Have a wonderful day and be blessed... |
