Have any of you read "The Shack"?

If so, what do you think?
Peace,

I haven't but it's on my reserved list at the library. I'm curious to see what other people think of it too.

I just ordered it from Overstock.com. I heard about it on the Christian Cinema newsletter.

I'm anxious to read it!

I'm hearing some grumblings about book from various pastors, but we all need to remember that it's fiction and not based on theology! There were definitely some things about it that troubled me, but an interesting read nonetheless.
Peace,
Okira

I read the "Shake" a couple of months back. After reading the first few chapter and realizing that it was a fictional book, I got intrigued by the plot and it made me think about God and the Trinity in a more uplifted way. The story is about a man who goes into a coma after getting into an accident, and dreams about an encounter with the Trinity, after recieving a personal letter from God. I found that once I got into the book, I can't put it down. It was that mesmerizing. It's a great read and I would recommend it to anyone.

Im also in the midst of reading it as well as quite a few of my friends, it was actually noted as a book to read in a recent people magazine. The book is amazing!

I got my book just before I left on vacation so I read it on my trip and loved it. It really gave me alot of food for thought. What an interesting plot line.

I'm excited about the movie too.
