Is There A Cracking Point??
This is day three for me on induction (3 days clean I always say) I passed on some bad foods yesterday and today that I felt a little tempted, not a lot but I was wondering if theres a point along the two weeks that you crack or freak out about it?
Or does it get better each day. I know old habits die hard , but what can i do to lessen the withdrawal. Thanks |

There are going to be days along the way that are more difficult than others - PMS and TOM are big ones for many of us, where cravings really hit. Emotional eating is a problem for many of us, so when stress hits that can be a binge trigger. Boredom causes problem for others, etc.
Induction is a nice time because cravings tend to be minimized in ketosis, but that doesn't mean never, unfortunately. ![]() |
