I am happy that I saw the six pounds go down but now Im afraid like can it be true ? Will it keep going down ? No way !! Wow . So Ill wait one week to see. I have been good so well see. I am having like one or maybe 2 diet sodas . Dont know if thats going to hurt me but I just cant go with out any for ever. Does anyone know if Diet pepsi is ok ? If not what do you recomend ?

Hi..
It might go up and down..but right now, take your measurements, so you can really keep track of fat loss. Well, diet soda isn't the greatest thing for you. Diet Rite has Splenda in it as opposed to the Diet Pepsi asparatame, which isn't too great for you. One person I knew wouldn't have any diet soda until she got all her water in..At least 64 ounces or more a day...It was like her reward..and she would only have one. |

If you're sticking to your plan that is all that matters. The scale will go down. The occasional diet soda isn't going to hurt. I only see a problem if that's all you're drinking and you aren't getting enough water. We all have to do what works best for us, some people need to weigh every day and some people only weigh once a month...do what is best for yourself.

Great job so far! Stay away from that scale if it makes you nuts, you don't need it.
One thing you might find a good substitute, if you're just itchin' to know how you're doing is to get a too-tight pair of pants and try them on once a week - chances are for every week except TOM (gotta love bloat...) you'll find them fitting better and better. |

Califrog - what a great idea - I need to do that too.
The scale can freak you out with it's flucuations. Measuring yourself is right on. |
