Favorite Inspirational Sayings

I love inspirational quotes and sayings. I always write them down and put them somewhere then have no clue where it is when I look for it!

Anyways, I thought it would be great to have a thread where everyone posted their faves...that way I'll have them in one place! Foolproof!

I'll start with one I found today:

"Strength does not come from winning.Your
struggles develop your strength. When
you go through hardship and decide
not to surrender, that is strength."

Not exactly what you are looking for, but when nearing food that is problematic for me I always say: One is too many and twelve is not enough. Truer words were never spoken.

Thank you so much for starting this thread. I'm new here and, "we first make out habits and then our habits make us", was exactly what I needed to hear. That really hit home.
