She had a lumbar epidural (steroids) insterted into her back Thursday. They think from a allergic reaction that she may have had a heart attack. She went to the ER last night and was admitted. Today her Troponin (cardiac enzymes~which are elevated when a person has had a heart attack) was elevated. So they are going to keep her until this evening to check the enzymes again because Troponin rises in 2 - 6 hours after injury, peaks in 12 - 16 hours and stays elevated for 5-10 days.

thanks for asking. she is doing better. they said that since her enzymes were hope that sge started to have a heart attack. And that she will need to do a stress test this week for more indepth look at what happened.

Thanks Everyone!!

They said that she had a slight heart attack. BUt everything is ok. Her heart looks great and free of blocks.

They said that she has a weak stomach. That the steroids made her bloat and sent out to her body she had indigestion and made her breath hard and some how turn into a slight heart attack.

Said prilosec OTC would help her if taken for a few weeks before she has the steroids again.

I think she shouldnt have the shot again but what do i know.
