Good Morning my Beautiful Sista's... Let's all just praise God for the little things in our life, such as, the sun rays, birds singing, and the beautiful flowers that the Lord has given us to enjoy.
Oh boy, I shouldn't have weighed this morning. MY goodness, I have put 5 lbs. on since the girls got here. I am back on CAD today. I decided not to wait until Tuesday. All of you have a wonderful time today. Enjoy your Sunday, and God Bless. |

Good Morning There!
It is a beautiful day in the Lord!! It's pretty nice out side our house too, I love it when it's overcast. I started strict lc again today too. But I can't seem to get satisfied right now. I feel like eating, I may need to up my fats. So how did the ice cream turn out????? And describe the flavor to me!!  I need to know as I am an ice cream fanatic!!! |

Morning Sistas, How goes it?
I just finished having breakfast and now I'm having my decaf before I get ready for singing practice. Our worship team pratices at 10am before 10:30am service starts. The weather outside is sunny and there's a breeze blowing through the trees. I can tell it's going to be a hot one and won't need a jacket. Momma Patty, how was the icecream? I had some vanilla icecream last night, two scoops in fact, and enjoyed ever minute of it. I also love cobbler. Let me have some, okay? LOL. Diana, Honey we just had store bought ice cream this time. Last time Henry made Vanilla and we had goodies to put in it. Chocolate Chips and M&Ms and so forth. Strawberry glaze is another favorite I like on ice cream.
Diana, have you ever tried to do CAD? You can have 1 meal with anything that you want. You can even have ice cream. I quit losing on Atkins, is the reason I changed to CAD. I don't do well without some carbs... Have a great evening... |

Good Morning lovely ladies...
I am so joyful in the Lord today. My girls all left just a few minutes ago. We had such a wonderful time and made many cherished memories... Melanie and Dawn bought me a beautiful Hot Pink Plush Robe from Bed, Bath and Beyond for my Birthday. I really love it and it is going to keep me toasty this winter. It has been raining this morning (God's Nectar) for my plants and yard. We needed the rain so bad. Well ladies, I have to get busy and get my house straightened. Remember our Lord today and all his Goodness...

Ahh, how sad to hear your daughters left! You have had such a great time with them I can tell!! Very sweet of them to get you the robe too! You're very blessed!!! I love that you have a wonderful relationship with them, I think that is such a gift from God!!! We got rain yesterday too! It was so nice. I just can't praise God enough for it. It's been a long time since we've had rain in the summer. So I am thoroughly enjoying this rain!! I even wore my boots incase it rains more today. A coffee break sounds good right now! I could use one my self. Too bad our office doesn't have a coffe pot, or else I'd be making some as well.I'm starting my day out right! Had an on plan breakfast and I'm ready to start losing!!!

The Ice Cream is a store brand from Big Star, but I love it. It really tastes more like Ice Milk which I love, and you can't find that anymore. I really like ice milk better then ice cream...

Just got through cleaning my Patio Door and it's so pretty.
I am so surprised, cause I have so much energy today... I am having a wonderful Day, and Diana, I know Darling, that I am very Blessed by my Family, that God gave me. girls I need to request a prayer from you. MY Whitney has a boyfriend now and she is crazy about him, but I don't think that he knows the Lord. Whitney thinks that he is coming around, but I want you to pray, that God's will be in this and, if he isn't right for her, that he will stop it. She has lead many of friends to Christ and she is very close to God...Whitney is also praying that God will lead her in what to do.

Diana we are just praying that God will stop the relationship, if he is not meant for her. I am not saying that he isn't a Christian, for only God knows what is in his Heart. We just want to make sure that God Blesses this relationship or stop it, if he isn't the right one for her...I know that his family goes to church, so he probably has a church back ground.
