I just started on the 1 meal plan again yesterday. You might want to try it, and see if it works for you. I eat whatever I want in that meal, as long as, I eat it within 1 meal. No snacks or diet drinks or diet candy, anything that has artificial sweeteners in it except during that 1 meal and in an hr. I don't diet, and if I want just Pizza that is what I eat, or Hamburgers and Fries, or just anything, and even sweets.

I have not been here forever!!! I miss you all!! As you know I don't have the internet. I am at a friends house right now. You all look sooooooooo great I have not had time to read anything just wanted to say hi. and that I miss you. I have not found a job yet it is getting a little scary. But i know God is in control. I am suppose to be adopting Daniel soon I am leaving that up to God and if it is his will it will all turn out have a blessed day

Sorry to have been away but I have been feeling bad since last Wednesday with streph throat. My doctor put me on anti botics and something for the nausea to. I am just beginning to feel better today. Missed you all to.

Diana not much rest yet, Darling... I scrubbed my kitchen carpet this morning and I am really tired. I have to get this house in shape. We are having a bunch of company around the 6th of July for a week or so... Goodness me, I need God's strength...

Worldchanger!!! Your back and I missed you very much girl. I'm believeing that you will get the right job and that it will be God's will for you to adopt Daniel. Hey, get on the internet soon so we can all talk and chat together. God is able!!!

Momma Patty, thanks. Everything went well this morning with the eye exam and testing. I qualified for laser eye surgery which is affordable and within my budget range. The clear lasik equipment is all high tech with laser percision and the surgeon has done over 50,000 procedures. I'm scheduled to have the surgury on the 18 of July and because I am nearsighted, they will just need to correct my farsightedness to close to 20.15, which is as close to 20.20 vision as they can get. I'm quite excited and know that I will be in good hands. Will be praying and know that God will keep me in his hands when the surgery begins. Will keep you all posted!!!

Mary, I will pray that your throat heals soon. That's so painful and I feel for you sweety. Keep care of yourself!!!

Good Morning ladies... Well I am just thrilled today. I am down 3 lbs, now this week and yesterday I was just about to give up, because I got so hungry, but I didn't give into it and am glad that I didn't...

Hello everyone. My throat is feeling alot better now and I am able to swallow and eat now to. I still have to take all my medication the doc gave me though until I finish it, it was for ten days.

We have been getting alot of rain our way to and the lightning to go with it.
I mean some scary lightning to. it rained so much a few days ago that our pool water came all the way to the rim of the tile. I thought it was going to over flow but my hubby drained some of the water out of it. Its a big inground pool to.

Its hot here to, how about where you all are is it hot there to?
Our daughter was going to have a garage sale last Saturday but changed her mind when she saw how hot it was going to be. She said she wasn't going to sit out in that heat......I like to have one in the fall around November when its cooled down some here.

My kitty cat is still bringing me little critters in from outside. She has a cat door she goes in and out with and the other day she brought me a lizard again but this time she put it in the bed with me. I almost freaked out but my hubby says she is bringing me gifts because she knew I was not feeling well.
Think I am going to lock that cat door when I am resting so she won't go outside.

See you all tomorrow, just had a few free minutes and needed to check my mail and post and say hi.

I am down 3 lbs. so far, but of course I know that is weight that I gained so that doesn't count yet, but then it's better then gaining more.

Patty what kind of diet plan are you on with this one meal plan? How does it work?
You seem to be losing good with it. I might want to try it.

Been out today with my daughter shopping, we hit Sears and Target and spent way to much money getting things for the house. I also had my hair done this morning to. Had to get all my grey colored.

Got one more day left to take my antibotics for my streph throat I had, its all well now and I am feeling good again.

Hello Ladies,

How is everyone doing? It's been hot here on the sunshine coast of B.C. and this week is no exception with temps going up in the highs of 18'F-30'F ranges. Thankfully today is down in the 20's and there's a cool breeze blowing right now making the temp is cool down. We live in a rain forest climate and so most of the year it rains here on the coast of B.C.. Our summers can be very hot but it doesn't last long, that's why I appreciate the sunny days that we do get and it lifts my spirits. We really are fortunate where we live and I'm thankful that we are in North America!!!

It's time to have dinner, so I will chat later.

Mary, you don't have to eat just 1 meal a day, some do but others eat 2 CMs witch are just like Atkins, and then eat 1 meal a day, and eat anything you want, as long as, you eat it within 1 Hr. and it is called Carbohydrate Addicts Diet. Richard and Rachael Heller came up with the diet and you can buy the book or do research about it on the internet.

I am down another .2 lbs again today.

I had to go ahead and it one meal like Atkins yesterday. I am just too lethargic without eating more often and don't want to do anything.

Hello ladies,

I had a great day because I finally made a decision to find an eating plan and re-joined ww today. My weight has skyrocked and my blood presser is at it's highest, so I went to my first meeting which was at 9:30 am and felt comfortable [like being at home] while sitting through the meeting with no guilt feelings or shame.

I love summer time [although I can't handle the heat anymore LOL] and hope you'll are enjoying your summer. This sunday is communion sunday and our annual church picnic. Also our national July 1st is coming up on tueday. Everyone at work wanted the monday off for a long weekend, so I have to work on the holiday but will make the best of it!!!
