Morning ladies, Happy Friday!!! T.G.I.F.

Well, I'm back to work today and I'll take it easy on that toe. I'm thankful that I didn't break anything, praise God!!!

Singing practice went well last night and I was able to stand most of the time, which I do anyways at work. I love my ministery and our worship team is blosoming. We have 5 singer now and I've heard rumors that there's going to be a choir starting in the summer. I don't know if we would be apart of that, but maybe I could join them. LOL that would be great. This saturday the church is holding it's annual garage sale and it's bigger then ever. I'm volunteering my time to help out and we get a free lunch from working a full day from 8 am to about 4:30 pm. I think it's going to be a blast!!!

I'm about ready to leave soon, so I will chat with you sweet ladies later.

Evening Ladies,

How's everybody doing night? Hey, I got my raise!!! Got through the day okay and my toe is getting better slowly but surely. Yeh, my eating was pretty good too. I ate when I was hungry and didn't overeat at all. Now I'm having some green tea and relaxing while typing at the computer. Like I said earlier today, God is good, He's so good to me!!!

Tomorrow I'm volunteering at our church's annual yard sale which starts at 8am and ends at 3pm. The response this year has been quite phemonial. When I went to singing practice last night, I noticed the whole foyae was filled with items. This year's yard sale will be bigger then last year's, and more items will be coming in tonight as well. The left over items will be packed up in a truck and sent elsewhere to the needy. I'm glad I'm apart of this, because it makes me feel that I belong.

You know, when I was a youth I tried to belong to something, but I couldn't find where belong was. Now that I'm back servicing God in a fresh new way, I've finally found the place where I belong and that is with God's people. I've truly come home. No other place fit. It was only a temporary moment in time, that gave a false belonging. But I never quite fit anywhere.

As a sinner I gave up my right to become a child of God, like Esau did when he gave his birthright away for a meal and later tried to reclaim it. When we become Children of the King, we take back the right to become sons of God. We can't come to God on our own, but only through the prompting of the Holy Spirit which intercedes on our behalf to the Father in Heaven. When we lay down our lives to God, He is there to show us his mercy and grace, and gives us a birthright of sonship. We then become heirs to the throne of God, join-heirs to the Kingdom of Heaven. What a marvelous free gift God bestows on his children, [we don't deserve it, nor can we earn it through good works, but God is merciful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all sin], who are willing to repent of their sins and except Christ into their lives for eternity.

There is no other way of getting to Heaven. You must come through the son to get to the Father of Heaven, in order to find the place where you find acceptance, peace and joy everlasting. All those who come to Him will not be turned away, for by grace are you saved through faith and not of yourselves, it is a gift of God. And not by works, lest anyone could boast. Thank you Jesus!!!

Hi Ladies,

I had a great day and was too busy to think about food. LOL. The church's annual yard sale was a great success, raising over 3000 dollars for missions and other financial needs of the church. It was rewarding to be able to help out for the first time this year and we all got a free lunch. I had 2 hotdogs and a diet coke, and the nicest thing about that was that we all had lunch under a big tree, which provided enough shade to protect us from the hot sun. We all got blessed in the process.

Canada Day is another annual event, [which is on July 1st], which our church puts on for the whole community. Filled with activities for the whole family and afterwards we enjoy a piece of cake to finish off the celebrations. I've helped out for two years now and this year will be my third year volunteering at the church. As I said earlier, it so rewarding to help out when I can with God's blessing. He is blessing me abundantly and I'm so very thankful!!!

Morning Ladies,

How is everyone? Where are you all, golfing? LOL. I'm doing okay and had a good day yesterday. Changed eating plans and praying that things will get moving on the weight scale. Oh well, could be worse. It's been pretty hot this week in the highs at 19' - 20' fahrenheit and I've been wearing my capris to keep cool at work. Trying to drink more water and drinking green tea, which is supposed to be good for you. Anyways, I have to go to work, will chat later.

Just wanted to say hello to everyone. Hope you had a nice memorial Day with family and friends. We stayed home and cooked out and had some friends over and we swam in the pool and just relaxed all day and ate to of course. But I did ok with my eating.
It was hot all week-end here, up in the 90's everyday. We had to cake down with a strong sun screen to keep from getting sun burned.

All is ok with me today, my hips nadk nees are still hurting as usual so I stay off them as much as possible. I don't see my doctor with them until June 6th.

Thanks, I see my doctor on June 6 so I am hoping he can give me something
different to take for the pain, if not I am sure he is going to want to do some surgery on the knees.
I just get so tired of not being able to walk without all the pain, it keep me from doing what i want or need to do. And it makes me feel bad all the time to.

I have been taking it easy today and I just got through making us a nice grilled chicken salad for dinner. Now the rest of the day I am going to my recliner and try to heal... I love you too Baby... Yes, Dear I went to the Dr. He said that I have a severe infection. He said that I have a lot of pus and blood. I know you didn't need to picture that, but anyway he gave me 40 Penicillin tablets to take, so it must be a bad one.

Oh that's okay, I don't gross out easy! Well as long as you have that to take then that's good! I know the Lord is with you and I believe He'll allow the medication to work and heal you!!

Hi Diana, I am feeling better but not 100% yet. I didn't even get up until 8:30 this morning.

I did my pedicure for my trip. A beautiful Crimson Sparkle Bright Red. I love the way it turned out and think I will wear my Red Capri Set to the Birthday Party. Did I ever tell you that I love RED? That is my favorite Color.

My Bed and Bath is done in Red and Antique Gold. Another one of my favorite colors...

Red is my favorite color, and I often wear red lipstick too. DH loves me red because I'm pretty fair skinned with dark hair and it just stands out.
