I got my 25 minute walk-in this morning and boy did I have to push myself. It took all my strength just to do it, but I am glad that I did.

Eating has been good so far today... All of you be blessed.

Sorry I did not get here yesterday but was not feeling to well. Just got alittle cold thats all.
Got our grandson here with me today because he also has a cold and did not go to school. His mother is picking him up at 2:00 PM so she can take him to the doctor. I took some cold medication earlier and hope it helps, if not I may be seeing my doctor tomorrow. I was up most the night because I was so stuffed up and could not hardly breathe.

I am now reading my Bible at bedtime and I am sleeping so good. I started with Genesis and I am just about through with it. I am going to Exodus and will continue with each book.

Morning Ladies, Happy Friday!!! T.G.I.F.

Momma Patty, good for you reading the bible starting at Genesis. Actually, I've never read the whole bible through, but I think I have a guide that shows how many chapters to read each day. I usually read the four gospels and the new testament.

Good news!!! I got a raise at work and will be getting my review in a week's time. I'm so excited!!! Whoohoo!!! It's God all the way and I'm so very thankful. I'm getting trained to do some horizontal blinds that come customed, but need adjusting. My boss is training me, [it isn't as hard as it seems], because we are short staffed and need an order to go out for monday morning, and I'm the only one that can do it. Praise God!!!

Well, need to get ready for work but will chat later.

I am feeling much better today. I was just all stuffed up yesterday thats all with a cold. Think its mostly allegeries though from all the pollen out now.

Not much going on with me, I have been reading the book of Genesis about the creation and love it. I always find something new when I read it to. I feel that book of the Bible shows us just how much God really loves us, He created a whole world for us to live on.

Been cleaning house alittle today but thats all with me today.

I got 3,000 steps in on my walk this morning so I am very happy with that. That isn't a whole lot but it is about a mile and a-half...

GOOD MORNING SISTERS OR AFTERNOON I SHOULD SAY.

WELL LAST NIGHT WAS A KILLER FOR ME. I DID GAIN AGAIN. 2.4 LBS. I NOW WEIGH 246.4 INSTEAD OF 233 BUT IT IS MY OWN FAULT. I DIDNT STICK TO PLAN DIDNT PRAY EACH DAY AND ASK GODS HELP JUST ATE WHAT I WANTED, AND HAVEN'T BEEN KEEPING TRACK EITHER. SO I AM REAPING WHAT I SEWED.

BUT THANK GOD IT'S A NEW DAY FRESH START. SO I AM BACK AT IT AND WILL START EXERCISING ALSO.

COULDN'T HELP BUT NOTICE SOME OF YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT READING THE WORD. I CAN'T IMAGINE HOW ANYONE CAN MAKE IT DAY TO DAY WITHOUT IT. IT IS OUR STRENGTH IT IS OUR PHONELINE TO GOD. IT IS HIS LOVE LETTER TO US!!!

I READ AROUND THREE TO TEN CHAPTERS EVERY DAY. (ALMOST EVERY DAY )THERE ARE TIMES WHEN LIFE GETS HECTIC AND I MISS IT A DAY OR TWO. BUT OTHER THAN THAT I DO MY READING IN THE MORNING BEFORE I EVER DO ANYTHING ELSE ALONG WITH MY CUP OF COFFEE!
MAKES FOR A GRRRRREAT DAY!!!I AM GOING TO START READING A BIT BEFORE I GO TO BED ALSO PERHAPS A PSLAMS. OR MAYBE A DEVOTION.

Please pray for our neighbor Mr. Jim. He is 74 years old and he fell this morning and broke 2 ribs, has a concussion and bleeding on the brain. We need God to help him...thanks...

Berta don't worry about the gain Sweetie, just jump right back on and do what you need to do. Mel sent me stuff about WW and all the materials. I am thinking about doing the point system. We will see.

Yes, I agree that we need to study God's word every day. I am taking the Bible to bed with me and reading every night and having my quiet time with my God at that time. That time is a better time for me. That way I don't miss a day or let other things interfere.

Berta, I will definiately pray for your Daughter that God will bless her in getting that job. God has been blessings me. I'm so excited that I just cannot contain my joy. It's overflowing!!! So, why couldn't He do the same for your daughter? He is doing it to me and He will do it for her. I truly believe that!!!

I KNOW GOD CAN DO IT FOR HER. I JUST DON'T KNOW IF THAT IS HIS WILL OR IF THIS IS THE JOB HE WANTS HER TO HAVE. IF IT IS, THEN THERE IS NO DOUBT IN MY MIND SHE WILL HAVE IT.

Berta I think God honors our time with him anytime of the day, as long as we are genuine about it. What is important is, that we do it when we can give our most to it. Anyway, that is what I think. That doesn't mean that we don't put him first. He is always on my Heart and even if we just say Good Morning Lord, we are putting him first...

AND A LOT OF THE MEANINGS ARE DETERMINED BY WHAT THAT WORD MEANS IN GREEK AND HEBREW.

IT TRULY IS A AN ADVENTURE STUDYING GODS WORD!!! I LOVE IT!!!
