Hi guys, I am new to this forum, while not new to low-carbin'. I back-slid from my low carb life style and am now back full force and looking at it as a WOL not a diet. I also have PCOS w/ IR so the low carb lifestyle works great for that too. I love the Lord with all my heart and I hope to make some new friends here to support and be supported by thru this journey of major weight loss. I have a lot of weight to lose and while thin is not my goal, healthy is. I am looking forward to meeting you all and getting to know you.
BTW-I am married to my best friend and biggest supporter Daniel. I love this man!
