Depression...

Not sure what's going on w/ me lately, but I can't seem to get out of this funk I'm in. Haven't gone off plan at all, but have stayed the same weight now for about a week and a half. Of course I haven't exercised or drank my required water either. Started the CLA/GLA combo last Friday, hoping for miraculous results, but haven't noticed any. Trying to plan the fairytale wedding, but have absolutly zero money to do so. Heck, my DBF was cheated out of a week's pay, so can't even pay all of the bills this month. Depressing, depressing, depressing. Do nothing but cry all the freakin time. Usually depression will make me eat everything in sight, but I don't want to eat at all right now. That's how I know it's really bad.

Anyway, thanks for listening to me whine. I just needed to get stuff off my chest and I know this is a safe place to do so.

All prayers are welcome and appreciated. Lord knows I've been doing alot of that lately.

Keep praying, that is always good.

Drink your water and go for a walk at least. Take your boyfriend with you, it will give you a chance to talk and grow closer.

What's more important, the wedding or the marriage? Keep that in mind and try and relax.

Financial worries come and go all the time, trust the one who is really in control

I hope this passes for you quickly.

All He asks is that we put faith in Him and make the decision that's right before us. Maybe that decision is just to keep breathing.

I like what Bobby41 said----what's more important, wedding or marriage? You've got each other, hon, and there's strength there.


Remember that stress and fatigue inhibit our weight loss. Also, pull out that measuring tape----even if you haven't measured, start now. The tape can change when the scale doesn't.

I have been depressed that last couple of days, too. I went to the gym last night and did 1 hour of cardio. I feel so much better already. It really did me some good.

Hi LegalLady, hope you're feeling a bit better by now. Please eat, even if it's just a little bit, something good like veggies and get a good shot of protein too. I used to go up to 5 days without eating just because I didn't feel like it, plus I was too scared to even think about making a meal for myself (irrational anxiety is what it is for me).
