I just found this group and I think it is wonderful. I sometime feel like I do not have anyone to talk to or will understand me. My husband is hard to talk to and I really do not have many friends. This journey we are all on is not always about eating it is about why we eat. If you do not have some one to talk to you can feel lost. I look forward to meeting you all. It will be nice to share with others and be there for others to.

Ronda, I will definately be keeping you in my prayers today. Prayer gets me through everyday..no kidding.

You can do this, you are not alone at all. Read the book and do it to the letter, and you'll be great. I've been maintaining a 40 lb loss for a year now.
