Mission Trips and me.... ;0)
I spoke with my cardiologist and he checked me out. He advised me to continue on my LC WOE and to do some strengh training and make sure I have great lung capacity if I am heading to the Andes or someplace like that. He said to give it a year to lose the pounds and get stronger and then he will do a stress test and possibly an arteriogram to go in and check my heart, etc. But he said my heart sounded very very strong, and that I should experience no trouble whatsoever as long as I pace myself, and keep on the path I am on.
His secretary has been on many mission trips and to So. American too. She feels that if I continue to strengthen, that I should be fit enough to go. God is so awesome... and He is answering my prayers. So, my goal is to get healthy enough to go and my prize will be to spread the Word where folks have no idea who Jesus is. Kitt

I totally agree with this..Since I have lost my weight, I have so much more stamina than I did when I weighed more..God has given this to help you reach your goal..
