My best friend passed away yesterday with cancer

My best friend of over thirty years passed away yesterday with lung cancer. She was only 64 yrs. old and was such a great person.
Sometimes I don't understand how God allows such a good person to get ill like that when it seems all the bad and evil ones get to live long lives.
But I know HE has HIS reasons for it so I will not question Gods will.
I miss her so much and I cannot stop crying and feeling broken hearted and sad.
I know today she is in heaven with GOD and having a great time too. and not sick anymore.
Thank you GOD for my best friend,I will miss her so much ............

I'm awfully sorry about your dear friend. But try to get comfort from your faith. Like you said, she is no longer suffering. Sympathies on your painful loss.

I am sorry to hear of your loss. My best friend is now in remission from her cancer. Our friends are part of us, I am sorry and wish you comfort in the memories of your times together..

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your long time friend! I lost my BIL last year to lung cancer and know the heart-ache.

I'm sure of the reasons either but trust and know that she is no longer suffering and is probably smiling down upon you!!

Talk about her here or with your friends, it's good to get those great memories out and I think you'll feel better sharing them! You were both better people for having known each other.
