Effortless

I am in my right place to recognize and accept my highest good.
At times I may feel as if my life is a huge ship that I am trying to keep afloat as I navigate through uncharted waters.
However, I find much-needed relief from stress as I go within for divine direction. As I open my heart and mind to the presence of Spirit at the center of my being, I move my life into the flow of divine order that is always present.
Calm and confident, I prayerfully set my sights on a clear course of responding to ever-present Spirit rather than reacting to the various outer circumstances of my life. As I do, my journey becomes effortless.
In God, I have unparalleled hope and courage. Turning to God in prayer, I know that all things are possible. Following divine direction, I am always in my right place to recognize and accept my highest good.

your posts and I find them quite interesting. I am a former (maybe not former as my weight goes down) dancer. I love ethnic dances: African, Middle Eastern, Latin ballroom dance. I also did contemporary ballet as a younger person. It is so fascinating to find another dancer online. And the fact you are using it to assist your body. Right now, I have been dancing around my home, jumping on my rebounder, and doing Callanetics. i have done some improv. African dance and it feels wonderful. good luck to you on your journey. I am keeping my eye on you...

there are short cuts to happiness and dance is one of them!
