The Power of Now~ Ekhart Tolle

Maybe i am a sad case but I am really getting something out of this book. Especially how i define myself. Anyone else read this? I an enjoying the moments between the words even on occasion....

The Power of Now describes that we as an overstimulated society have lost our ability to communicate with God or BEING as he names God and have become a society on antidepressants aclohol and other escaping drugs. And it teaches us to be able to focus on nothing other than a oneness with Being.

you can get it on ebay for next to nothing..I have also started to listen to his cd's the flowering of conscousness at night.

It is..IT is helping me deal with living in the present vs. in the [ppast and planning for the future.
