I am a child of God, enfolded in perfect love and peace.
Dear God, deep within my soul, there is a place where Your perfect love and peace await me. I commune with You, and my inner experience of tranquility expands to allow me to be peaceful and poised in every situation, in every area of life.
Remembering that Your perfect love transforms all fear into courage, I do not let any outer circumstance or condition cause me concern. As I relax and breathe into Your love, I am calm, still, and serene.
Soothed and comforted by Your perfect love, God, I am free to go about my activities throughout the day with newfound confidence. Renewed in my awareness of Your ever-present love, I am peaceful in mind, body, and spirit.
