My therapist says it o.k. that I'm not losing weight

She reminded me that I'm in mourning for my sister. My sister has had a brain inury about 4 years ago. We got Hospice for her last week. She's now totally paralyzed except for slight movemnt of her wrist. She can barely shake her or nod her head just recently. She hasn't been able to talk in a few years. I'm also morning my Mom. She's 90 and moved down about a year ago to be with me and my sister.

It's like there are the faces of 2 people I've always known and loved but the people are different.
