Possibly Melanoma... Will you pray?

I have been seeing a foot specialist since January of this year. Pain in my right foot was unbearable at times. He couldn't tell me for sure what it was but he treated it as a planter wart.

When I realized the treatment was doing more harm than good, I simply stopped all treatment. I tried everything I could think of but nothing seemed to help. I looked for other doctors but couldn't find one to accept my insurance.

A couple of weeks ago I went back in for a biopsy. The results came back this past friday. Not 100% but showing possible melanoma skin cancer. Yes, I am terrified...

I have an appointment by referral to see another doctor. He will look at the biopsy results and do a series of tests on me. Then we schedule surgery on my foot to try and remove all cancer.

I am believing that this can be a mistake but if it isn't I am looking for my miracle healing. Would you please pray with me and put all you faith into this. I believe in healing because I have experienced it before.

Kat,

I am so sorry to hear this. Don't panic, attitude and mindset is so important in these type situations so try to stay positive. But do follow any and all recommendations as this is not something to play around with.

Melanoma survivor here. It IS terrifying when diagnosed. Hopefully this is a false alarm. If not, at least it is caught and treatment started. My thoughts are with you.

Yesterday was long and stressful, but I got through it. I have an appointment next Thursday with another doctor who will assist my doctor with surgery. We havn't set the day yet, but I'm sure it won't be far away.

There is no swelling in my lymph nodes but tests will tell if it has spread or stayed in the foot. I will need some graphing because of the size and depth of the place that will have to be removed. Prayers are always welcome and appreciated.
