Beyond happy, stress or binge eating . . .

I have read a lot recently here on these topics. I really do not believe I do any of these things. I tend to only over eat (junk pre LC, now legal foods) when alone. I think that is what they call a "closet eater." Anyone care to admit to this? I am feeling a bit alone.

I eat out of boredom. I believe once I really became aware of that habit and started asking myself "am I really hungry" that I started losing again. I also play a game with myself- if I am starting to open the cabinents and refrigerator, thinking about nibbling on something (cheese, nuts, etc) I now go do something else for 15 minutes, yesterday I swept my front entry way and wiped down my front door, if after that I still want something (which is rarely) then I will have it. I am losing weight and my house is cleaner!
