Work Out Music - Christian

Hello Everyone,

Can anyone recommend some fast paced music for treadmill walking/running? I'm not really caring for the ac/dc music that I've been using for the past few years and am looking to make a change.

Thanks,

I listen to Casting Crowns. They have a couple of CD's out one is called "Lifesong". Pretty good lyrics and upbeat music. Their website has 15 or so second samples of all the songs. Worth a listen to.

BUMP

I really wanna hear more ideas! The only one I can think of is I love Los Lonely Boys, especially the song, "Heaven".

Sean McDonald's Simply Nothing is a GREAT cd but its not upbeat.

I'm not sure if you're male or female but if you like girl musicians, Ginny Owens oldie-but-goodie CD "without condition" rocks. Pam Thum is kind of pop-ish but good for exercise. Third Day has some pretty kickin stuff, so does FFH, and Jeremy Camp's worship CD is a good one also. Hope this helps!

If you want to PM me your addess I can send you several CD's that I have laying around. One is Sonic Flood, fast paced but the lyrics, I think, are kind of generic.
