Dealing with TRAUMA

Does anyone else have a trauma to deal with.
I have had so many things happen to me as an adolecent that it is sometimes hard for me to continue to lose weight.Just when I notice men looking at me I want to cover up.I know that it was the past and I thought that I had gotten over all of the things that were done to me but apparently not.I seem fine till someone comments on my beauty then i want to eat....

Robin have you worked through these issues with a counselor? Trauma is like an onio there are many layers to it and you just have to keep peeling it..Remind yourself that you are safe and can take care of yourself..
