New to boards,here for prayers

Hello everyone,I am new to this and feel so blessed to have found you all.I truely believe that faith is an important part of whatever we do and I am glad there are people who share that belief .I wanted to ask you to for a prayer if I may,just that I can stay motivated to get healthy ,I have alot of health problems and have a special needs daughter who needs me around ,thank you so much and I also wanted to let you know I will pray for you all and if you need a specific intention prayed for please let me know ,I'd love to help ,God bless you all!

This is a wonderful site. There are alot of people who are caring and supportive as well as knowledgeable. If you have any questions about LC I would go to the Main Lobby as more people go there. There are alot of challenge groups that you can join to keep motivated. I too have serious health problems and know I have to lose weight. If you want to keep track of your calories, fat, carbs there is a web site alot of us use called FitDay.com. It is really helpful. Welcome again you are going to love it here.

I am a long time lurker ready to make a commitment to health too. I think this board is awesome!
I'm getting my motivation revved up and plan to do the South Beach diet.
