So how did you do today???

This is the thread were you all tell me how you did today??
I did fine except I think im getting a durn cold or something Ya,other than that and the naked man at the front desk,call to the cops,police report,and drug traffickers I had to kick out of the motel-My day was grand At least I stayed on plan

Wow! Interesting day you had!!

I could have been better - but could have been worse. My afternoon was spent on the phone & Internet with recruiters setting me up for some interviews next week, so I barely ate anything. Just some low carb yogurt, a handful of peanuts & Wasa crackers with cheese. For dinner I had shrimp, a few cashews & veggies in a garlic sauce. I know I'll be going back for more soon since I didn't eat enough earlier in the day. I did get out for a 45 min walk & am going to get my abs DVD in before Survivor starts

Unfortunately it was a fairly normal day for me I can usually laugh it off once I get home but it keeps me spinning until then When I did get home I wanted to cheat ,I know it was stress but so far im on track and the feeling has passed..

i didnt do enough work -slacked off... but i made it down town to make the deposit... and i finally got my daughters intradistrict transfer done... one day before quarter ends... she wants to start the quarter at a different junior high...

and... i stuck to plan... in fact... i have been sticking to my new plan...

i think i may even continue... seeing as sticking to plan made me lose 2lbs!!

You know you can do it. Think about how you felt before you lost the weight,youve come to far to let it all go now.

I think I did awesome. I had some quiche for breakfast, black coffee(day 3 I am starting to get accustomed to it) and for lunch and dinner---sweet and sour flavored tuna which is my new obsession. I went walking on my lunch break and after work so I feel very productive

I had a good day. I woke up and had a kick butt lower body workout. Ate clean all day and got in over 150oz of water. Plus I got my midterm grades (I am going for my masters) and I got straight As!!

welll... Idone good ... until... I went to pickup my car that was being repaired. After writing a check for 411.00, I needed a diet drink--- only will drink fountain soft drinks. Wendy's was the closest I found myself ordering a diet and 5 pc nuggets... So I have been guzzling the water ( after I finished the diet drink). I felt so bad when I was eating them, but I was upset about the stupid car. I have beat myself up enough, so now it back to kicking butt !!!!!!
