Hard times

I dont think Ive ever posted in this forum. I usually post in the Playground.
I just wanted to ask for prayers and good vibes for my family and I.
My hubby is going for consultation for foot surgery tomorrow.. ITs for spurs on both feet on the heels.. They are saying he will be out of work 14-24 weeks per foot. I have a really hard time already making a budget work now. What am I to do??? Im really afraid we will be living under a bridge somewhere close by in about 2 to 6 months..
Thanks for all everything.

Jan.

My DH had heart surgery in February so I can relate 100%. Call any creditors and explain the situation BEFORE any bill is late. Many times mortgage companies, car companies, credit cards etc will allow you to hold off paying for 3 months plus (if your credit is ok) just fax a copy of the Drs orders and an explanation that he will be unable to work. They will call the Dr to check.
My Dad actually had bone spur surgery and he was up and on crutches within 3 weeks. What does your DH do? Can his company give him reduced hours or desk work till he is up and about?

I agree with the other person call the creditors & mortgage comp. before the bills are due & explain ... Ive heard most of the time they are understanding.

another thing to do is pray. God will not give us anything we can not handle. I will keep you in my thoughts ...

This may help for extra 2k per month- great company- my firend used this when she lost her job- her son still does it part time for extra money. He could do from home watching tv maybe. Bless you!

It is really great- it does take about 8 hours a day to make 2k per month though.

I'm so sorry to hear that you and your family must go through hard times. I will pray for you and hopefully all will turn out fine. My mother also suffers from heel spurs due to the fact that she stands on her feet all day at work. She can't really afford to get the treatments right now due to the same reason, she can't be out of work or she will also have nowhere to live. the suggestion alexsinn made sounds great so maybe your husband can give it a try. We will all keep you in our prayers.

I truly hope this company is legitimate because I've been burned from a few work at home comapnies in the past. Sure could use that extra income without having to find daycare for my kiddos!

Nuttymom- this one IS legit. I do not get one cent for referrals. It saved my friends life financially when she was downsized. Make sure you read the news section for shipping updates affected by the hurricane.

I read the site and all the info and still do not understand some of it. Sorry to bother anyone who may be able to answer but I appreciate your help. Does it cost one dollar to make each necklace and then you're paid 1.25? So you make only 25 cents after materials? My SO is very skeptical of these things so I must be able to reasonably explain this to him(men!??!!). Also, it looks difficult to put these together, did you have problems with this or problems with the guy not wanting to buy them from you because they didn't look good enough? I really want to try this and am actually excited about it!
Thanks again!

I am not sure on the break down on the math, but shipping handeling and material cost is reimbursed as well as your sample order at some point. On your sample order, you can send in 10 or so for review to make sure you are doing to standards. My friend has never had a problem with these and she also can make them in less than 5 minutes now. Was a little tricky at first. Read the q and a. Also, this guy was on Survivor- he is the real deal. I know if you send in the max each week it is 500.00 and you can make 2k max per month of what they will buy. My friend has also sold these to Christian stores and gets about 7.00 per peiece and store sells them for more.

Alexsinn,
I m really thankful for your help and all the others that replied here..I found out today Hubbys surgery wont be til Oct 21st. IT will give me a bit more time to contact this company and see what I can do...I also must say things look a bit less gloomy than they did the other day... I hope we can make it through...
