Hi from sonja in Florida

I think this is where I need to be. I am a Christian from Central Florida.

I am on low carb. I started at 336 and today am 293. It has been a long road. I started in March of 05. I have been stuck at 294 for a few weeks. Today I was at 293. PRaise the Lord!

I don't have many posts under my belt, but have consistantly been reading this board for several years. I am from Tampa Bay, but recently moved to the midwest. Glad to have you on the boards, and I look forward to sharing my low carb experiences with like-minded people like yourself! God Bless!

I am from Central Florida. Pretty far from Pensacola. I don't think I have ever been there, driven through once.
