For those who are experiencing a divorce or relationship breakdown

I have gone through this twice once I left and the other time I was the one who was dumped. Both were incredibly painful.

I am currently completing my Masters in Psychology and my thesis is on Relaionship Breakup and Recovery. Please PM me if I can be of help

3 books I would like to recommend

Uncoupliing
From Abandonment to Healing
Rebuilding

Thanks so much for the book recommendations. I'm recently separated from DH and trying to get used to being alone again. I'll be sure sure to check these books out. Thanks again!

Thank you for the book recommendations, I have recently left my husband after 10 years and the guilt just eats me up inside. There is a lot that friends and family just dont understand. The thought of him being alone really hurts me and makes me sad. Sometimes I just dont know what to say.
