MK it might not be so necessary for you.

I started using regular old otc magnesium in my 20s when I had experienced multiple kidney stones, and read that it + calcium might help.
I regret all my calcium intake now.

Magnesium seems to be a chronic deficiency on a low-carb diet.
I don't think you're doing very low carb (I could be wrong), so you may be getting magnesium otherwise, or at least not need to supplement otherwise.

I get leg cramps and foot cramps at night if I don't take magnesium and sometimes potassium. Magnesium can sometimes help with sleep if taken at night and can also aid in regularity for peeps on a low carb diet.

Hi gals

Had a great visit with Gary's cousin from KC, brother Glen and skinny wife Brenda. Brenda always looks amazing!! However, she pays attention to what she eats and is very disciplined.

MK... Magnesium is good for many body parts. I just heard it was great for your heart, too.

Akkk.. Weigh in tomorrow. I'll be very careful today.

Debby, what a sweet wedding!!! A friend from church who is 75 got married recently. She married UP to a lovely home and husband who cooks all her meals!!

Have a great day!!

Hi gals!!

Yes, we all want to sign up for one of those, MK. The "word" around the beauty shop that "Henry" waited on his last girlfriend hand and foot while she was dying of cancer. So, my hairdresser was a little concerned that he would lock my friend up and never let her have friends, but she told him that she needed her freedom right up front and all is well!

Good news. I lost 2 pounds from my last trip to the drs. Debby is going to her the end of June.

Bob Dole makes Judy want to speak in the 3rd person also.

I am so glad we know each other and you are willing to try new things while losing weight too. I'll be so glad to check out the Dixie Diner fake mashed potatoes. I'm ready for a little convenience food!

Lololo. I think we have used Sizzling Summer Challenge before, but if we are desperate, it works.

Or Let's Eat Macaroons til we turn into Balloons the whole month of June. Probably not a good example.

Any other ideas are welcome.

One more day of thinking for our new name.

My dear friend is moving to Wichita. She has 2 great cats and I will miss them, too.
Gary is helping them load the truck with other church peeps. I made some coleslaw for lunch. Gloria has lost 40 pounds since last October when she started LCing and her cholesterol dropped 100 points. I think she cheated once at Christmas. She is in her 70s and never exercises. she is delighted!!

What is everyone doing this weekend??

I have lots of good friends in Wichita - and our former priest is the new bishop in that diocese, and is based there!

You'll have to go and visit!!
